Abstract

This research is a study related to the impact of modern market growth (Alfamart and Indomaret) on traditional markets (department stores) in the city of Pekanbaru. The theories and framework used in this research are the concept of development while the research method used is qualitative approach delivered by Jhon W. Creswell. Because of it, the expected results will be more comprehensive in relation to the impact of the existence of the modern market on traditional ones (waserda). Meanwhile, the objectives of this study are 1. Consistency of the government of Pekanbaru City on the Implementation of Regulation Number 9, 2014. 2. Perception of traditional market traders on the existence of modern markets. 3. The impact of the existence of a modern retail market (Alfamart and Indomaret) on the business of traditional traders of all-round stalls (waserda). 4. Efforts made by traditional market traders (waserda) to maintain the existence of their businesses. From the results obtained in this research, it is expected to be able to provide input and advice to the community, government and private sector on the impact of the existence of modern markets on traditional ones, and to make appropriate formulations in dealing with problems that occur. So that at the end between modern markets and traditional ones can grow and develope together and complement each other in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Participatory development takes effect since in the regional autonomy policy, participatory development gives more opportunity to the community to take an active role in doing development, the aim is for the development done directly to meet the needs of the community. The participatory process begins with a meeting between the community and the government called the Development Planning Deliberation or abbreviated with Musrenbang, the result of this Musrenbang which is then used as a guide in preparing the development program, in addition to the planning process, the community is also involved in the implementation process up to the evaluation of development outcomes .This study aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of Musrenbang results, to know and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of Musrenbang results. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City with research time for one year, key informant in research is Head of Finance Section of Bappeda Pekanbaru, Responsible Activity of Musrenbang Year 2015, Finance Section of BPKAD Pekanbaru City, Musrenbang District level.Leather data analysis is done by triangulation of data source with data reduction step, data presentation, data withdrawal and verification. From the results of this study want to know and analyze the implementation of Musrenbang results and find and analyze the factors that affect the implementation of Musrenbang results. The result of the research finds that the implementation of Musrenbang result starts with several stages, that is done at kelurahan level which the result is then brought to be gathered at Musrenbang Kecamatan level, the result of the meeting at the kelurahan level is adjusted with the activity plan which has become the work plan of SKPD Kecamatan and adjusted to the budget, the result of Musrenbang Kecamatan then forwarded to Musrenbang tingka Kota. The results of this Municipal level musrenbang which later became the Local Government Work Plan.Musrenbang Results 2015, there are 1273 development programs proposed by 12 Sub-districts in Pekanbaru City, but many of these proposals can not be implemented, this is because the government prioritizes priority programs in accordance with RKPD documents and national development programs.Factors affecting the Implementation of Musrenbang Outcomes are the lack of commitment from local governments in implementing Musrenbang decisions and funding or budgetary problems contained in the APBD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of community empowerment in Pekanbaru City (Study of Economic Village Business Program). This research method using qualitative descriptive approach with qualitative analysis technique triangulation technique.The results of the study found that the implementation of Urban Economic Village program in Pekanbaru City is influenced by standard and objective factors, resources, observation activities and interorganizational communication, implementing characteristics, disposition / attitude of executor and economic, social and political conditions. Kelurahan maharatu implement well the program implementation standards, have the human resources who want to work in accordance with their duties, while the village of West Sidomulyo and Tanah Datar has not implemented the program in accordance with the standards and policy objectives other than the resources held are not responsible for the tasks that must be implemented, so that the implementation of the Village Economic Business program is not going well.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the results of the camat's assignment in fostering village governance in Lubuk Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This is to find out the obstacles to the task of the sub-district head in fostering village governance in Lubuk Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of descriptive research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 23 people, community leaders, village heads and camat office employees. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation, all data collected were grouped by type and analyzed descriptively and conclusions could be drawn from the research results. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the evaluation of the sub-district head's duties in conducting Village Government Development in Lubuk Batu Jaya District, Indragiri Hulu Regency was in the quite good category, due to the five research indicators, namely providing guidance, giving direction, providing education and training, giving instructions and literature or the manual has been implemented. The inhibiting factor for the guidance carried out by the sub-district head to the village government is that the guidance carried out by the sub-district head has not been carried out routinely, the direction is given to the sub-district head only if the village apparatus experiences problems in the work process, and the sub-district head does not provide education and training every month, the sub-district head only provides guidance if he receives a report. village government task constraints.

Abstract

Salah satu pemanfaatan keanekaragaman hayati adalah tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan sebagai obat oleh masyarakat di Desa Sabung Kabupaten Sambas yang dimuat di dalam media ensiklopedia mencakup uraian ringkas yang tersusun berdasarkan alfabet dari A-Z, sehingga mudah untuk dipahami dan bisa digunakan di sekolah yang terkendala dengan infocus dan listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan media ensiklopedia pemanfaatan keanekaragamanan hayati sebagai obat di Desa Sabung Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu tahap pertama adalah kajian etnobotani tumbuhan obat di Desa Sabung Kabupaten Sambas menggunakan penelitian metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi dan tahap kedua adalah pembuatan media pembelajaran ensiklopedia dengan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) mengikuti model yang dikembangkan Borg and Gall (hanya sampai tahap ke empat, yaitu tahap validasi produk). Media ensiklopedia divalidasi oleh lima validator yang terdiri dari dua orang dosen dan tiga orang guru Biologi. Hasil validasi dianalisis menggunakan rumus Aiken’s V diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,91 yang tergolong valid dengan menggunakan 4 aspek dan 13 kriteria penilaian. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa media ensiklopedia yang dibuat sebagai implementasi dari hasil etnobotani tumbuhan obat di Desa Sabung layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri pemanfaatan keanekaragaman hayati. One of the uses of biodiversity is plants that are used as medicine by the community in Sabung Village, Sambas Regency which is published in the encyclopedia including a brief description arranged according to the alphabet from A-Z, making it easy to understand and can be used in schools that are constrained by infocus and electricity. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of encyclopedia for the use of biodiversity as medicine in Sabung Village, Sambas Regency. This research was carried out in two stages, the first stage was an ethnobotanical study of medicinal plants in Sabung Village, Sambas Regency using the descriptive qualitative research methods with triangulation techniques and the second stage was the creation of an encyclopedia learning media using the Research and Development (R&D) method following the model developed by Borg and Gall (only up to the fourth stage, namely the product validation stage). The encyclopedia was validated by five validators consisting of two lecturers and three Biology teachers. The validation results were analyzed using the Aiken's V formula, an average value of 0.91 was obtained which was classified as valid using 4 aspects and 13 assessment criteria. Thus, it was concluded that the encyclopedia created as an implementation of the results of the ethnobotany of medicinal plants in Sabung Village was feasible to be used as a learning medium in the sub-material of the use of biodiversity.

Abstract

BUMDes memiliki kedudukan yang sama dengan BUMN dan BUMD “Analisis Keuangan BUMDES di Kecamatan Curio Kabupaten Enrekang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyertaan modal, jenis usaha, pendapatan dan laba BUMDES ke pendapatan asli desa .adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yaitu kepala desa, ketua BUMDES, sekretaris BUMDES dan bendahara BUMDES. Metode penelitian kualitatif berbentuk deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyertaan modal dan laba serta jenis usaha di BUMDes di kecamatan curio, Bisa dikatakan baik dalam jenis usaha dan penyertaan modal dan laba. Namun dari ke empat BUMDes hanya desa Buntu Barana yang penyertaan modalnya tidak ada modal yang masuk dari tahun 2019-2022, untuk laba di keempat BUMDes laba yang disetor ke PADes masing-masing berbedah, BUMDes di desa Sanglepongan, desa Salassa, desa Mekkala dan desa Buntu Barana dengan unit usaha yang dijalankan, sudah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendapatan asli desa. Meskipun jumlah kontribusi masih tergolong kecil, namun dengan keberadaan BUMDes dapat meningkatkan kas pendapatan asli desa, BUMDes di kecamatan curio kabupaten enrekang memiliki empat BUMDes yang berjalan dan memiliki laba ke PAD yang berbeda-beda di desa sanglepongan jumlah laba ke PADes sebesar Rp. 22.954.000, desa Mekkala jumlah laba ke PADes sebesar Rp. 15.818.000, desa Salassa jumlah laba ke PADes sebesar Rp. 7.500.000, desa Buntu bara jumlah laba ke PADes sebesar Rp. 3.000.000

Abstract

Abstract The purporse of this study was to analyze how the management of GOS of urban forests in the city of Pekanbaru as well as what factors in influence the management principles, namely planning, organizing, implementing/driving, and controlling. The research method use is descriptive quatitative with file collection techniques through interviews,observation, quisioner, and documentation. The selection of research informationsused the purposive sampling technique. The result of this study indicate that thereare factors that influence the management of Green Open provided, inadequatehuman resources. Inadequate supply of work material and equipment and user participation (user/visitors) in managing urban forests GOS in the city of Pekanbaru. Keywords: Role, Management, Green Open Space Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengelolaan RTH Hutan Kota di Kota Pekanbaru serta faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan tersebut, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan/penggerak dan pengendalian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan berkas melalui wawancara, observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi.Pemilihan informasi penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhipengelolaan RTH yaitu sumber daya manusia yang tidak memadai, kurangnya penyediaan bahan dan peralatan kerja, serta partisipasi pengguna/pengunjung dalam pengelolaan RTH Hutan Kota di Kota Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci: Peran, Pengelolaan, Ruang Terbuka Hijau.

Abstract

Pengolahan buah nanas yang melimpah saat musim panen belum mampu meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat karena harga jualnya sangat rendah. Solusi dari masalah ini adalah membuat produk olahan nanas yang tidak hanya mengatasi rendahnya harga jual, tetapi juga bisa menjadi ikon kelurahan untuk menarik wisatawan lokal maupun internasional serta mendukung ketahanan pangan mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Kelompok Petani Kecil (KPK) Kemuning di Kelurahan Medang Kampai, Kecamatan Mundam, Kota Dumai, dalam mengolah nanas menjadi produk berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah atau sosialisasi tentang kualitas nanas serta evaluasi melalui tanya jawab dan kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan 85% peserta merasa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat, memberikan kontribusi besar dalam memecahkan masalah dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemberdayaan peserta pengabdian.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini menyoroti bahwa pengelolaan sampah melalui bank sampah dan pengembangan kerajinan tangan merupakan solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, mengembangkan keterampilan masyarakat, dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru. Tujuan utama program ini meliputi: (1) mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan bank sampah, (2) memberikan solusi berdasarkan identifikasi permasalahan yang ada pada bank sampah (3) untuk meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat dalam kegiatan bank sampah dan meningkatkan manfaat dari bank sampah. Mitra kegiatan adalah Bank Sampah Puan Sari Mandiri, yang dikelola oleh Hj. Herlinawati, S.Pd., MM, dan berlokasi di Jalan Mekar Sari No.48 RT.03 RW.05, Kelurahan Tangkerang Selatan, Kecamatan Bukit Raya. Tahapan program ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta, sebanyak 53,33%, sangat memahami tahapan kegiatan, dengan 33,34% memahami, dan 13,33% cukup memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a crucial aspect in enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in the culinary sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capabilities and digital financial capabilities on business performance in culinary enterprises in Pekanbaru City. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, this study involved 50 culinary business owners as samples. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that ICT capabilities have a significant effect on business performance, and ICT capabilities also significantly influence digital financial capabilities. These findings affirm that the utilization of ICT can drive operational efficiency, service innovation, and financial digitalization in MSMEs. However, digital financial capabilities do not have a significant effect on business performance. This indicates that although entrepreneurs have started to adopt financial technology, its implementation has not yet been fully optimized to improve business performance. Therefore, more effective and structured managerial strategies are needed to maximize the role of digital financial technologies in supporting sustainable business performance. Transformasi digital menjadi aspek krusial dalam meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di sektor kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas teknologi informasi komunikasi dan kapabilitas keuangan digital terhadap kinerja bisnis pada usaha kuliner Kota Pekanbaru. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 50 pelaku usaha kuliner sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas teknologi informasi komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis, kapabilitas teknologi informasi komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapabilitas keuangan digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK dapat mendorong efisiensi operasional, inovasi layanan, dan digitalisasi keuangan pada UMKM. Namun, kapabilitas keuangan digital tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun pelaku usaha telah mulai mengadopsi teknologi keuangan, implementasinya belum sepenuhnya mampu meningkatkan performa usaha. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi manajerial yang lebih efektif dan terstruktur guna mengoptimalkan peran teknologi keuangan digital dalam mendukung pencapaian kinerja bisnis secara berkelanjutan.
