Abstract

ABSTRAK Novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora merupakan novel yang memilki banyak pesan yang bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora berdasarkan aspek sosiologi karya sastra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif,  memaparkan aspek sosiologi sastra pada novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora berdasarkan amanat pada novel. Data diperoleh dengan membaca novel Ada Syurga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora yang bersumber pada kutipan novel yang berisi tentang amanat-amanat sebagai bahan utama dalam penelitian dan membaca beberapa buku penunjang penelitian dan mencatat setiap data yang penting. Hasil peneltian ini menjelaskan aspek sosiolgi karya sastra dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora, yaitu memberi pengetahuan kepada pembaca agar menjadi manusia yang baik. Rasa cintanya terhadap keluarganya, mengantarkannya kepada kesuksesannya. Dalam novel ini, pengarang ingin mengajarkan pembaca, cara berbakti kepada orangtua, mengajarkan kepada wanita bahwa kehormatan adalah hal yang harus dijaga, menjelaskan bahwa kebahagiaan tidak semata-mata didapat di luar rumah. Menciptakan suasana keluarga yang baik menjadi inti dari cerita dalam novel ini, suasana keluarga yang penuh dengan kebahagiaan, rasa saling mengerti antara anak dan orangtua. Taat beragama dan belajar menerima segala sesuatu yang terjadi merupakan hal yang paling penting yang diajarkan orangtua Ramadhan kepada anaknya. Kata Kunci: novel, sosiologi karya sastra  ABSTRACT Novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora is a novel that has many useful messages for the community. This study aims to describe the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora based on the sociological aspects of literary works. The method used in this research is the descriptive method, expose the aspect of the sociology of literature on the novel There Heaven in Your House by Oka Aurora based on the mandate in the novel. The data obtained by reading the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora derived from a novel quote containing the mandates as the main ingredients in research and reading some research supporting books and noting any important data. The results of this study explain the sociology aspect of literary works in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora is, giving knowledge to the reader to become a good human being. His love for his family led him to his success. In this novel, the author wants to teach the reader, how to worship parents, teaches women that honor is a thing to be guarded, explaining that happiness is not solely obtained outside the home. Creating a good family atmosphere is at the heart of the story in this novel, a family atmosphere filled with happiness, mutual understanding between children and parents. Being religious and learning to accept everything that happens is the most important thing that parents teach Ramadan to their children. Keywords: the novel, sociology of literary works

Abstract

Sultan Agung Bantul Stadium is a sport area in Bantul Regency, but it is rather poorly maintained. The Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) aims to know about problems that cause the poor condition of the building to support sports activities. The method uses a descriptive research in the form of evaluation of habitation. This method is an explanation of the data that has been collected that is supported and applied to existing theories. The collection of data with a survey on the environment Sultan Agung Stadium and collecting data from the government as a guide in designing. However, an analysis of the Building Maintenance Management of this stadium is also needed. In the design department Sultan Agung Stadium in Bantul district has a lot of potential that can be developed as a sport.

Abstract

The problems examined in this study are (i) What are the characteristics of the Belian Bawo Dayak Benuaq treatment in the Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province; (ii) What is the function of the Belian Bawo Dayak Benuaq tribal medicine in the Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The objectives of this study are (i) To describe the characteristics of the Dayak Benuaq Belian Bawo treatment spells in Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province; (ii) Describe the function of the Dayian Benuaq Belian Bawo Belian treatment spells in Barong Tongkok District, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The method used in this study is an analytical method using observation techniques, structured interviews, notes, records and listening. The results obtained from the analysis of data that has been done by the author, it was found that Biano Belian utterances in the form of (i) Mantra consists of several series of words that have elements of rhythm and rhyme; (ii) Are oral, magical or magical; (iii) Asoferik (special language between speaker and interlocutor); (iv) Many words that are less commonly used in daily life. The function of the Dayak continent medicine mantras is based on the analysis of its functions, namely (i) The function of the mantra as a social control tool (advice); (ii) The function of the mantra as a reminder (warning); (iii) The function of the mantra as tolerance; (iv) The function of the mantra as a means of prayer.

Abstract

This study aims to describe quality assurance, a business incubator, and entrepreneur quality, and analyze the influence of quality assurance and business incubator on entrepreneur quality. This research is explanatory research. Explanatory research is intended to obtain clarity or explain a phenomenon, explain the relationship, test the influence of variables. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis result shows that quality assurance is formed by management system aspect and technical requirement, the main contribution of an establishment of quality assurance is management system aspect. Business incubators are formed by new business growth, job creation, economic turnaround, a failure rate of new business development, and ability to obtain investment funds. The main contribution to the establishment of business incubators is the addition of new business. The entrepreneur quality is made up of a strategic orientation driven by opportunity perceptions, commitment to opportunities, resource commitments, control of resources and a realistic vision. The main contribution of entrepreneur quality is a commitment to opportunities. Quality assurance has a significant effect on entrepreneur quality. Business incubator has a significant effect on the quality of an entrepreneur.

Abstract

One effort to utilize EPOFB waste is by composting EPOFB. Cellulose can be broken down by the activity of microorganisms that are capable of hydrolyzing cellulose as an energy source, such as bacteria and fungi. One solution for managing EFB waste is to utilize cellulose decomposing organisms, which come from goldfish snails (pomacea canaliculata) and goat rumen (caprovis spp.). The aim of this research is to calculate the length of time for composting, observe the physical properties of the compost and test the nutrient elements N, P, K, C/N ratio and pH, compost from EFB using decomposer bacteria from golden snails combined with goat rumen at the P1 level and the P2 level. using commercial bioactivators. Fertilizer results at each level were compared with the Indonesian National Standard SNI No./140/10/2004. This research was carried out at the Agronomy Laboratory of the Plantation Plant Cultivation Study Program and Pilot Gardens of the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic, from June to September 2023. The research results show the length of time for composting to compost empty oil palm bunch waste at P1 level using a golden snail decomposer combined with rumen goats and P2 used a commercial biodecomposer for 53 days. Based on the results of research on the physical properties of empty oil palm fruit bunch waste compost at levels P1 and P2, the temperature at the end was the same, namely 28ºC, while the color, odor and texture parameters were better at level P2, namely blackish brown, odorless and slightly grainy in texture. The research results at the P2 treatment level were better in terms of the element parameters N, P, K and C, namely, N = 1.0343%, P = 0.2554% and K = 32.58, which met SNI 19-7030-2004 standards.

Abstract

Central Kalimantan has an area with a beautiful distribution of watersheds and abundant river products. Palangka Raya City is one of the watersheds included in it. Palangka Raya City has two rivers as estuaries for primary drainage channels, namely the Kahayan River and the Sebangau River. The Kahayan River is the final estuary of the primary drainage channels in the city of Palangka Raya, one of which is the IV primary drainage channel. This IV primary drainage channel is one of the primary drainage channels which contaminates the Kahayan River, which is its estuary. Contamination of contaminants from the primary drainage channel comes from domestic waste from residential communities living in the area. It is estimated that these pollutant materials will contaminate the water of the Kahayan River; thus, the need for research. In this study, the flow velocity and water level at a certain channel cross section were measured, then the water discharge was calculated, and several water samples taken from the middle of the IV primary drainage channel were tested for several parameters, namely BOD, COD, TSS, Ammonia, Oil-fat and Detergent. The results of the study showed that several test parameters had passed the predetermined class quality standard thresholds including BOD, Ammonia and Detergent so that they contributed to contaminating the Kahayan River. There are several parameters with a significant correlation between fluctuations in the water level and the value of the water discharge as indicated by the R-Square value > 0.67.

Abstract

Tawar adalah sarana pengobatan yang di gunakan oleh masyarakat dayak Bakumpai di Desa Datah Bilang. Tuturan tawar Bakumpai memiliki fungsi yaitu sebagai pengobatan. Tawar dapat di lakukan kapan saja saat pasien membutuhkan atau disaat sakit, dan juga menyiapkan beberapa peralatan untuk melakukan tawar. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) Bagaimana bentuk tuturan tawar pengobatan di Desa Datah Bilang Ilir Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu di tinjau dari sudut mantra; (b) Bagaimana fungsi tuturan tawar pengobatan pada masyarakat Dayak Bakumpai di Desa Datah Bilang Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) Untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tuturan mantra pengobatan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Dayak Bakumpai di Desa Datah Bilang Ilir Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu; (b) Untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi tuturan Mantra pengobatan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Dayak Bakumpai di Desa Datah Bilang Ilir Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kulitatif menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, catat, rekam dan nyimak. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan penulis, maka ditemukan hasil penelitian berupa (i) mantra terdiri atas beberapa rangkaian kata berima; (ii) bersifat lisan, sakti atau magis; (iii) asoferik (bahasa khusus antara pembaca dengan lawar bicara); (iv) menggunakan kata-kata yang kurang umum di gunakan didalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Fungsi tuturan mantra tawar pengobatan suku Bakumpai berdasalkan hasil analisis fungsinya yakni (i) fungsi mantra sebagai alat pengendali social; (ii) fungsi mantra sebagai pengingat; (iii) fungsi mantra sebagai toleransi; (iv) fungsi mantra sebagai sarana untuk berdoa.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the relationship between motivation, entrepreneurship training and performance, as well as organizational culture as a moderator variable. Method: Respondents numbered 113 SMEs, former TKI who had received entrepreneurship training from the Manpower Service. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using PLS model path analysis assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Result: The research results are as follows: (1) Motivation has no effect on performance; (2) Entrepreneurship training influences performance; (3) organizational culture influences performance; (4) organizational culture as a moderating predictor variable has a significant effect on performance but is unable to moderate the influence of motivation and entrepreneurship training on the performance of SME entrepreneurs. The impact of entrepreneurship motivation and training may vary depending on other factors, such as stakeholder interests and local culture. These last two variables could be opportunities for further research.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to provide education and learning to the students of SMAN 5 Samarinda, in order to enhance their writing skills and character education using the Think-Pair-Share method. This activity is particularly beneficial in developing potential and interest in literary works. The implementation of this PKM involves three stages: preparation, activity execution, and report preparation. During the execution phase, participants will be provided with materials on poetry, the building blocks or structure of poetry, and poetry writing techniques. The Think-Pair-Share method will then be applied as follows: Think; participants discuss the task in groups, Pair; participants work in groups to complete the task, and Share; participants present their group's writing results and listen to the opinions of other groups. Finally, participants will practice independently in groups under guidance to produce literary works, specifically poetry.

Abstract

Penelitan ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berupa Pop Up Book, dan menguji efektivitas produk media di kelas VII pada pembelajaran bercerita fantasi. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengadopsi model Plomp. Desainnya mencakup tiga fase: penelitian pendahuluan, pengembangan atau pembuatan prototipe, dan fase penilaian. Subyek penelitian ini adalah satu orang guru bahasa donesia, dan satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen SMP Salsabila Samarinda. Hasil penelitian pendahuluan menegaskan kebutuhan media Pop Up Book sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita fantasi. Tahap pengembangan menghasilkan media Pop Up Book yang telah di validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Pada tahap akhir, media diujicoba dengan menggunakan penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest yang menunjukkan media yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita fantasi siswa.
