Abstract

ABSTRACT: Academic Supervisor are lecturers are assigned to guide students to college with a good conditions. Many of the lecturers have not done it ideal role. In general, they only imply endorsement Card Study Plan, merely ratify a number of Semester Credit Units which may be taken and courses which may be taken on the basis of the grade previously achieved, authorize some amount of credits that have been achieved to academic requirements. This study aims to identify and design information systems that can facilitate Academic Supervisor in servicing and monitoring the academic progress of the student's personality and track record of student guidance so quickly traced. PIECES method used to analize weakness of running system at STMIK AUB Surakarta. System created using Visual Basic to access the data base. In this system there are already making facilities subject to validation of prerequisite subjects. Academic Supervisor can instantly know the total credits that have been taken and the cumulative grade point average of students. In addition to academic advising record data, the system also records the final decision in the form of courses Job Training and thesis or final project. Reports generated from this system include Card Study Plan, transcripts, academic records, reports academic guidance and a list of Academic Supervisor and students.Keywords : Information System, Academic SupervisorABSTRAK: Dosen Pembimbing Akademis (PA) merupakan dosen yang ditugaskan untuk membimbing mahasiswa agar dapat berkuliah dengan baik. Banyak diantara para dosen PA belum melakukan perannya secara ideal. Pada umumnya mereka hanya memberikan pengesahan Kartu Rencana Studi, hanya sekedar mengesahkan beberapa jumlah Satuan Kredit Semester yang boleh diambil dan mata kuliah mana yang boleh diambil atas dasar Indeks Prestasi yang dicapai sebelumnya, mengesahkan beberapa jumlah SKS yang telah dicapai guna persyaratan akademis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan merancang sistem informasi yang dapat memudahkan dosen PA dalam melayani dan memantau perkembangan akademik dan kepribadian dari mahasiswa bimbingannya sehingga rekam jejak mahasiswa dapat dengan cepat ditelusuri. Sistem dibuat dengan menggunakan Visual Basic dengan access sebagai basis datanya. Dalam sistem ini sudah terdapat fasilitas pengambilan mata kuliah dengan validasi mata kuliah prasyarat. Dosen PA dapat langsung mengetahui total sks yang telah ditempuh dan indeks prestasi komulatif mahasiswa. Selain mencatat data bimbingan akademik, sistem ini juga mencatat pengambilan mata kuliah akhir berupa Kerja Praktek dan skripsi atau Tugas Akhir. Laporan yang dihasilkan dari sistem ini antara lain Kartu Rencana Studi, transkrip nilai, rekaman akademik, laporan bimbingan dan daftar dosen PA maupun mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pembimbing Akademik

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Student data processing with a lot of amounts, teacher’s data, teacher’s ploting teaching and print of final value that still use excel application and notebook which in the process of writing take a long time and sometimes caused losses data. The purpose of this study is to develop a system that can assist in teaching and learning activities in SMK Pelita Salatiga. Scope of the problem of academic information system to be built is in a system created to input student data, teachers and subjects, ploting teacher’s and student assessment process also reports required schools. The system also manage student payments especially school payments. Analysis of the system used in this study starts from the analysis of the running system, analysis of system weaknesses and information needs analysis. In the system design created context diagram, Data Flow Diagram, input design, output design and database design. The system generated in this research is made using Delphi programming and Ms.Access as data base. The system can produce eight lists or reports. System already automated for teacher code, student parent number, class name, subject code. The system is made in such a way that it is easy to use or operate. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem yang dapat membantu dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di SMK Pelita Salatiga. Batasan masalah dari sistem informasi akademik yang akan dibangun adalah dalam sistem yang dibuat dapat mencatat data siswa, guru dan matapelajaran, proses ploting mengajar guru serta proses penilaian siswa juga menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan sekolah. Sistem juga dapat mengelola pembayaran siswa terutama SPP. Analisis sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari analisis sistem yang berjalan, analisis kelemahan sistem dan analisis kebutuhan informasi. Dalam desain sistem dibuat diagram konteks, Diagram Arus Data, desain input, desain output dan desain basis data. Sistem yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini dibuat menggunakan pemrograman Delphi dan Ms.Access sebagai basis datanya. Sistem dapat menghasilkan delapan bentuk daftar atau laporan. Sistem yang dibuat sudah ada otomatisasi untuk kode guru, nomor induk siswa, nama kelas, kode mata pelajaran. Sistem dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga mudah digunakan atau dioperasikan. Abstract

ABSTRACT - The positive thing technological advances in education, especially university or college is the ease of getting science or research journals, of course everything that is nothing negative as a result of technological advances that computer viruses and the need to support education applications. The business got a gap, Innova Computer to open a business in the field of handling damage the computer, the main focus is to help repair damage to the computer or individual students in a neighborhood store innova computer skills so they can reuse the damaged computers that have improved the work. The satisfaction of the people who use computer servicing in Computer Innova is the expectation of the owner of the company to provide the best service to its customers. For this reason, this study takes the title Paretto Analysis Application Analysis to measure service satisfaction in Innova Computer Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to monitoring and evaluation of services in the enterprise for improved management of the future, given the amount of competition in similar fields then be evaluated periodically. This type of research is descriptive empirical, where the object of this study describes the internal and external company in accordance with the reality on the ground, source of research data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection method used is the method of the field, interviews, observation and literature. The analytical method used to evaluate service satisfaction using Pareto analysis in comparison with the MSI method, normality test and ANOVA. The results of the statistical calculation to get the final result of hypothesis.Keywords : Store management, service satisfaction, Pareto analysisABSTRAK - Hal positif kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya perguruan tinggi atau perguruan tinggi adalah kemudahan mendapatkan jurnal sains atau penelitian, tentunya segala sesuatu yang tidak ada yang negatif sebagai akibat dari kemajuan teknologi itu virus komputer dan perlunya mendukung aplikasi pendidikan. Usaha tersebut mendapat celah, Innova Computer membuka usaha di bidang penanganan kerusakan komputer, fokus utamanya adalah membantu perbaikan kerusakan komputer atau perseorangan mahasiswa di lingkungan toko innova komputer ketrampilan sehingga dapat menggunakan kembali komputer yang rusak itu telah meningkatkan pekerjaan. Kepuasan masyarakat yang menggunakan service komputer di Computer Innova merupakan harapan dari pemilik perusahaan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggannya. Untuk itu, penelitian ini mengambil judul Analisis Aplikasi Analisis Paretto untuk mengukur kepuasan pelayanan di Innova Computer Surakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelayanan di perusahaan untuk perbaikan manajemen masa depan, mengingat besarnya persaingan di bidang sejenis kemudian dievaluasi secara berkala. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif empiris, dimana objek penelitian ini mendeskripsikan internal dan eksternal perusahaan sesuai dengan kenyataan di lapangan, sumber data penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode lapangan, wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pelayanan menggunakan analisis Pareto dibandingkan dengan metode MSI, uji normalitas dan ANOVA. Abstract

ABSTRACT - Sales transactions and receivable payments become a major problem in managing the business of Serba Oblong distro. The purpose of this study is the realization of an application in the form of information systems that can facilitate cash and non-cash sales transactions, facilitate the management in finding an information and can generate reports quickly too easily. Scope of problems are cash purchase, cash and non-cash sales and returns. This research also produces reports from existing data processing and transactions. Stages of analysis performed is to conduct an ongoing system analysis, system weakness analysis and system requirements analysis. The design of the system begins by creating a context diagram, data flow diagram, input design, database design and create tables relatios. There are seven tables used in the system stored in a single database. This system is created using visual basic and Ms.Access as the database. System already have automation to facilitate the user. The system is made in such a way that the user is easy to operate. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah terwujudnya suatu aplikasi berupa sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah transaksi penjualan tunai dan non tunai, memudahkan pihak manajemen dalam mencari suatu informasi dan dapat menghasilkan laporan dengan cepat juga mudah. Adapun batasan masalahnya adalah pembelian tunai, penjualan tunai dan non tunai serta retur. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan laporan dari pengolahan data dan transaksi yang ada. Tahapan analisis yang dilakukan adalah melakukan analisis sistem yang sedang berjalan, analisis kelemahan sistem dan analisis kebutuhan sistem. Perancangan sistem dimulai dengan membuat diagram konteks, diagram arus data, desain input, desain basis data dan membuat relasi antar tabel. Terdapat tujuh tabel yang digunakan dalam sistem yang tersimpan dalam satu basis data.  Sistem dibuat menggunakan visual basic dan Ms.Access sebagai basis data. Dalam sistem sudah terdapat otomatisasi untuk memudahkan pengguna. Sistem dibuat sedemikian rupa agar pengguna mudah dalam mengoperasikan. Sistem dapat menghasilkan tujuh bentuk daftar maupun laporan.Kata Kunci: Penjualan, Piutang, Serba Oblong, Delphi

Abstract

o far, the selection of types and weight of student violations is rather difficult to be done by the college. Sometimes a student has a good performance in terms of lectures, but on the other hand less in terms of behavior or attitude compared with other students and vice versa. It is necessary to develop assessment methods to conduct selection and evaluation of the students, especially those indicated problematic to be evaluated and handled in a more structured manner. In this study created a system that produces a system that supports decision-making to determine students who have problems and need attention as well as special guidance objectively. The system is created by using AHP method which is one of the methods in decision support system and decision table which is one method in data mining. The criteria used are value of achievement index, length of study, duration of not active as student, amount of absenteeism, payment of SPP, alcohol use, drugs and fighting. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion according to the input of the interest ratio. In addition to weight, the results of the AHP method also determine the classification of actions forproblem students. Decision table generates referrals according to the classification produced by the AHP method.The system can describe the AHP process at each step in the form of a matrix so that it can be studied and evaluated the truth of each step on the method used. Abstract

Employee performance appraisal system in a systematic way that combines a Goal-setting Employee Work with behavioral assessment work. SKP has a weight of 60% while 40% work behavior. Performance appraisal is based on the size of the level of achievement that nmeliputi SKP aspects of quantity, quality, time and / or costs. Ratings are not limited to the assessment but also assessment through behavioral observations pelayahan work which includes orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, teamwork and leadership. Collaborative Information Systems and Decision Support Systems made in this study aims to assist officials in evaluating performance targets structural work and work behavior. SKP which is the value of the activities of Tri Dharma data is entered every time the activities included an assessment has no decree or activity has been completed. From the data that has been entered is then SKP can be printed when needed with the appropriate data. Assessment work behaviors created using AHP, some weighting criteria for lecturers will vary with structural officials. The use of AHP method aims for objectivity of the assessment work behavior to be more secure. The system was created using Visual Basic and Access as the database. Phase analysis is done is to analyze the running system, the system uses PIECES weakness analysis and requirements analysis system. Abstract

BAU tasks are done regularly every month is made recap employee attendance, both lecturers and employees. Even though there is register attendance by using fingerprint attendance but every month BAU still manually recalculate a legitimate attendance of each employee. Of the types of existing employees, and hours of attendance calculations differ from one another so that employees BAU requires precision to sort attendance constituted under the working hours of each type of existing employees. BAU also have to look at the data of employees who get a letter of assignment or license in question to add presence that is not stored in the attendance machine. In this research has created a system to help employees BAU in calculating the amount of the legitimate presence of all employees based on the applicable rules and the presence of data taken from the fingerprint machine that already exists. Needs analysis system consists of the functional and non-functional requirements, phase analysis using the system flaws PIECES analysis. This system design using use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams. Input and output design made to serve as a basis for making a form using Visual Basic. Design database contains an pegawai table, table jam, Table ijin, hitung tables, table rekap and relationships between tables. In the system created can enter employee data that permits or is a task which is attached the official letter. Of rules and data entered license or assignment can generate a list of employee presence and validity of the information on Presence do. Abstract

Abstrak Keberadaan motor roda tiga yang masuk dalam kategori kendaraan niaga sangat mendukung dunia bisnis sebagai alat transportasi yang memadai. Motor roda tiga menjadi alternatif pilihan bagi pebisnis sebab memiliki banyak keuntungan. Selain bisa memuat banyak, biaya perawatannya mudah, bahan bakar hemat, serta biaya administratif surat-suratnya cukup ringan, karena dikategorikan sebagai kendaraan roda dua pada umumnya. Nozomi hadir untuk memberi solusi akan kebutuhan sarana transportasi yang efisien dan efektif yang belum terpenuhi serta mendukung pengembangan ekonomi sektor riil, usaha UKM yang mendapat perhatian dan dukungan pemerintah serta perbankan. PT. Livian Makmur Sejahtera (LMS) merupakan salah satu dealer sekaligus distributor Nozomi untuk area Solo Raya (eks karesidenan). Di dunia perdagangan, jual beli online bukan lagi menjadi hal yang asing. Aplikasi Media sosial marketplace dan situs jual beli online bertebaran di internet pada tahun 2022 ini menandakan teknologi internet berkembang sangat pesat. Media sosial di Indonesia volumenya sangat besar, tumbuh dan aktif seiring dengan perkembangan Teknologi Internet. Bagi sebagian besar wirausaha memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai lapak promosi mereka. Menurut data dari lembaga survey We Are Social, January 2020 bahwa Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter adalah platform media sosial yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia dengan persentase 82 % : 79 % : 56 % Kata Kunci: pemasaran, motor roda tiga, nozomi, facebook, instagram Abstract The existence of tricycle which are included in the category of commercial vehicles really supports the business world as an adequate means of transportation. tricycle are an alternative choice for business people because they have many advantages. Besides to being able to load a lot, maintenance costs are easy, fuel efficient, and the administrative costs of the documents are quite light, because they are categorized as motorcycle in general. Nozomi is here to provide solutions to the unmet need for efficient and effective transportation facilities and to support economic development in the real sector, SME businesses that receive attention and support from the government and banks. PT. Livian Makmur Sejahtera (LMS) is one of Nozomi's dealers and distributors for the Solo Raya area (former residency). In the world of commerce, buying and selling online is ordinary thing. Marketplace social media applications and online buying and selling sites are scattered on the internet in 2022, indicating that internet technology is developing very rapidly. Social media in Indonesia is very large in volume, growing and active in line with the development of Internet technology. Most entrepreneurs use social media as their promotional stall. Abstract

ABSTRACT - World of Keris especially in the Java has diverse forms and types that can be classified by the dapur, pamor and tangguh. Information on the dapur keris more difficult to define than pamor, because it must know ricikan keris. Of the hundreds of types of dapur that there are many difficulties to get to know the type of keris, mostly asking people who understand keris or browsing the Internet to find information about the keris. To help the layman who wants to know the type of keris necessary to make a system that can generate information about the keris. An expert system is one solution to solve the problem of determining the type of keris. The purpose of the study is to produce an expert system that can replace an expert in determining the type of Java keris dapur based so it can be easier for people to recognize the keris. The method used is a forward chaining and using Delphi to build an expert system.Keywords : Forward Chaining, Dapur Keris of Java ABSTRAK - Dalam dunia keris khususnya keris Jawa memiliki beraneka ragam bentuk dan jenisnya yang dapat digolongkan berdasarkan dapur, pamor dan tangguh. Informasi  tentang  dapur  keris  lebih  sulit ditentukan dibanding pamor, sebab harus mengetahui ricikan yang dimiliki keris tersebut.  Dari ratusan jenis dapur yang ada banyak orang kesulitan untuk mengenal jenis keris yang dimilikinya, kebanyakan bertanya kepada orang yang mengerti keris selain membuka internet untuk mencari informasi tentang keris yang dimiliki. Untuk membantu orang awam yang ingin mengetahui jenis keris yang dimiliki perlu dibuat  suatu  sistem  yang  dapat  menghasilkan  informasi  tentang  keris.  Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu solusi dalam memecahkan masalah menentukan jenis keris. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem pakar yang dapat menggantikan seorang pakar dalam menentukan jenis keris Jawa berdasarkan dapur sehingga dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk  mengenali  keris,  paling  tidak  keris  yang  dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan adalah forward chaining dan menggunakan Delphi untuk membangun sistem pakar.Kata Kunci: Forward Chaining, Dapur Keris Jawa

Abstract

ABSTRACT - The provision of services or wages for construction workers to contractors often has problems, this is due to the lack of standardization of the provision of proper wages at this time. This causes one of the parties to be harmed, both the workers and the contractor. In order for workers' wages to be given in accordance with the work done, a contractor must have a computerized technology that contains various criteria with certain weights that can be used as the basis for determining the standardization of proper labor wages given to the workers employed by the contractor. The criteria include 1) Type of Work 2) Experience 3) Carpentry Skills 4) Work Commitment 5) Ability to Work Together 6) Ability to solve problems 7) Work results. One of the technologies used to make decisions is a decision support system, this system serves to assist decision makers by utilizing certain data and models to solve problems. The method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Keywords : Wages of Workers, Contractors, SAW ABSTRAK - Pemberian jasa atau upah pekerja bangunan pada kontraktor sering terjadi kendala, hal ini disebabkan belum adanya standarisasi pemberian upah pekerja yang layak saat ini. Hal ini menyebabkan salah satu pihak dirugikan baik pihak pekerja maupun pihak kontraktor. Agar upah pekerja dapat diberikan sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan maka sebuah kontraktor harus memiliki suatu teknologi yang telah terkomputerisasi yang memuat berbagai macam kriteria-kriteria dengan bobot tertentu yang dapat dijadikan dasar dalam menentukan standarisasi upah pekerja yang layak diberikan kepada tukang yang dipekerjakan kontraktor tersebut. Adapun kriteria tersebut antara lain 1) Jenis Pekerjaan 2) Pengalaman 3) Keahlian Pertukangan 4) Komitmen Kerja 5) Kemampuan Bekerja Sama 6) Kemampuan mengatasi masalah 7) Hasil Pekerjaan. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan adalah sistem pendukung keputusan, sistem ini berfungsi untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dengan memanfaatkan data dan model tertentu untuk memecahkan persoalan.
