Abstract: Teacher performance is perceived as the teacher's ability to implement their duties within the range of learning activities. A decline in teacher performance occurred at Tarsisius Vireta Elementary School, Tangerang, which illustrates teachers' difficulty completing assignments on time, an unmanaged workload, and weak time management. This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on teacher performance, 2) Analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on school climate, 3) Analyze the influence of school climate on teacher performance, and 4) Analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style through school climate on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a causality approach. This study was conducted on teachers at Tarsisius Vireta Elementary School, Tangerang, from April to June 2025. The population in this study amounted to 37 teachers at Tarsisius Vireta Elementary School, Tangerang, who were permanent and honorary teachers, and the sample of this study was determined using a saturated sampling method or census, where all members of the population were sampled in this study. The results of the research study show that 1) There is a significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on teacher performance, 2) There is a significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on school climate. 3) There is a significant influence of school climate on teacher performance, and 4) There is a significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style through school climate which has a significant influence on teacher performance. Abstrak: Kinerja guru dipersepsikan sebagai kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikant tugasnya dalam rentang aktivitas pembelajaran. Penurunan kinerja guru terjadi di SD Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang yang menggambarkan guru kesulitan menyelesaikan tugas secara tepat waktu, adanya beban kerja yang belum terkelola dengan efektif serta lemahnya manajemen waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemipminan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap iklim sekolah, 3) Menganalisis pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah melalui iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru di SD Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang pada bulan April hingga Juni 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 37 guru SD Tarsisius Vireta Tangerang yang berstatus guru tetap dan honor dan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus yang keseluruhan anggota populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil studi riset menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemipminan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemipminan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap iklim sekolah. 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah melalui iklim sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
