Abstract

Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.? Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Go-jek di Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan pelanggan?Abstract-The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect Gojek customer satisfaction in Tangerang City. The research method used is causal associative. The sample used was 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity and reliability, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical tests the following results are obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price gives a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service and price Simultaneously using the F test is known to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Go-jek application users in the city of Tangerang.Keywords: service quality, price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Occupationa Health and Safety (K3) and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT Maja Agung Elektrindo Tangerang Employees partiay or simultaneously. The method used in this method is a quantitative approach, the population is 57 people by taking a saturated sample or a total of 57 respondents. Data anaysis uses vaidity tests, reliability tests, classica assumption tests, regression anaysis, determination anaysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results, it was obtained that the caculated f value > f table or (9.147 > 3.17), this was aso confirmed with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, so it is concluded that Occupationa Heath (K3) (X1) on Work Discipline (X2) has a simultaneous influence on Work Performance (Y).

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach with associative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires. The research population includes all employees of the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia, totaling 60 individuals. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25.00 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia. The research also found that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on the performance of employees in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia. The results show that there is a positive and significant joint influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees in the Giordano Ladies division at PT. Giordano Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The obstacles faced by PTST 012 Griya Bersih Asri at first made all residents in the Reni Jaya RT / RW 02/012 Housing have the awareness to take advantage of the waste bank, and separate waste based on its nature, namely organic and inorganic waste. That way, it is necessary to carry out counseling and education to increase the awareness and skills of residents in utilizing waste by implementing the reduce, reuse, recycle and replant (4R), it is necessary to solve the problem of waste through waste management from the source. So that the reduction of waste in landfills can reach 50% of the waste problem. It is recommended that TPST 012 Griya Bersih Asih collaborate with other communities, such as ceramic craftsmen, where the process of burning waste in large tubes can be used by ceramic craftsmen in making ceramics, so that the heat generated by the tube can be useful, so that no energy is wasted, starting from the initial waste utilization process to the final waste burning process. Keywords: Counseling, Education, and Waste Bank ABSTRAK Kendala yang dihadapi PTST 012 Griya Bersih Asri pada awalnya membuat seluruh warga di Perumahan Reni Jaya RT/RW 02/012 memiliki kesadaran untuk dapat memanfaatkan bank sampah, dan memisahkan sampah berdasarkan sifatnya yaitu sampah organik, dan anorganik. Dengan begitu, perlu melakukan penyuluhan dan edukasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaraan dan keterampilan warga dalam memanfaatkan sampah dengan penerapan prinsip reduce, reuse, recycle dan replant (4R), untuk penyelesaian masalah sampah melalui pengelolaan sampah sejak dari sumbernya. Sehingga pengurangan sampah yang ada di tempat pembuangan akhir bisa mencapai 50% dari permasalahan sampah.  Disarankan agar TPST 012 Griya Bersih Asih melakukan kerjasama dengan komunitas lain, seperti pengrajin keramik, dimana proses pembakaran sampah dalam tabung besar dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pengrajin keramik dalam membuat keramik, sehingga panas yang dihasilkan oleh tabung tersebut dapat berguna, sehingga tidak ada energi yang terbuang, mulai dari proses awal pemanfaatan sampah sampai proses akhir pembakaran sampah. Kata Kunci:  Penyuluhan, Edukasi, dan Bank Sampah

Abstract

ABSTRACT Partners in this community service activity are orphans and poor people at the Tunas Insan Mulia Foundation which is located on Jl. Jambu, RT. 02/05 No.81, Kel. Kedaung, Kec. Sawangan, Depok City, West Java. The main problem faced by partners is the limited human resources owned by the foundation to provide teaching and training to prepare them when they are no longer cared for by the foundation and live in the community. There are indeed teachers and ustadz, but the ratio and educational background of educators at the foundation is more on general and religious education. The method of implementing this PKM activity is planned to begin with providing training in the form of delivering material using learning media such as laptops, projectors, props and sound systems. Furthermore, practice/simulation is carried out which is a follow-up activity carried out by the PKM implementer for the training activities that have been carried out. The result of this activity is that orphans and poor people at Tunas Insan Mulia Foundation hear, see and simulate independent learning methods to prepare themselves for the future. Keywords: Independence, Orphans, and Dhuafa  ABSTRAK Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah anak yatim dan dhuafa yang ada di Yayasan Tunas Insan Mulia yang berlokasi di di Jl. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang  dimiliki oleh yayasan untuk memberikan pengajaran dan pelatihan untuk mempersiapkan mereka ketika sudah tidak lagi diasuh yayasan dan hidup di tengah masyarakat. Guru dan ustadz memang ada, tetapi rasio dan latar belakang pendidikan pendidik yang ada di yayasan lebih pada pendidikan umum dan agama. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM  ini direncanakan diawali dengan memberikan pelatihan berupa penyampaian materi menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti laptop, projector, alat peraga dan sound system. Selanjutnya dilakukan praktik/simulasi yang merupakan kegiatan lanjutan yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana PKM terhadap kegiatan  pelatihan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah para anak yatim dan dhuafa yang ada di Yayasan Tunas Insan Mulia mendengar, melihat dan mensimulasikan cara belajar mandiri untuk mempersiapkan diri mereka di masa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci: Kemandirian,  Anak Yatim, dan Dhuafa

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru/ustadzah pengajar Al-Qur’an di TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah yang berlokasi di Desa Cibadung RT.003/008 Kecamatan Gunungsindur, Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh yayasan untuk memberikan pengajaran Al-Qur’an, terutama penerapan metode kekinian yang menumbuhkan minat dan antusian para santri dalam belajar membaca Al-Qur’an. Guru ustadzah memang ada, tetapi rasio dan latar belakang pendidikan pendidik yang belum merata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini direncanakan diawali dengan memberikan pelatihan berupa penyampaian materi menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti laptop, projector, alat peraga dan sound system. Selanjutnya dilakukan praktik/simulasi yang merupakan kegiatan lanjutan yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana PKM terhadap kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah para guru/ustadzah pengajar TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah dapat mengajarkan anak didik/santri dengan metode Al-Bana yang lebih edukatif dan interaktif sehingga para santri lebih mudah dan cepat menguasai cara membaca Al-Qur’an. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Motivasi, Guru, Metode Al-Bana  ABSTRACT Partners in this community service activity are teachers/ustadz who teach the Qur'an at TKQ/TPQ Al-Falah located in Cibadung Village RT.003/008 Gunungsindur District, Bogor Regency.
