Artikel ini hadir untuk memberikan satu alternatif pendekatan dalam pembelajaran yang dapat dipilih oleh guru untuk mengajarkan kemampuan senam lantai guling belakang di Sekolah Dasar. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk peningkatan kemampuan senam lantai guling belakang yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan bermain kapal goyang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumalah 25 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran guling belakang melalui pendekatan bermain kapal goyang selama dua siklus mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 14 orang dengan persentase sebesar 55%. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 21 orang dengan persentase sebesar 85%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran senam lantai guling belakang dengan pendekatan bermain kapal goyang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran PJOK khususnya di kelas IV.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyak siswa yang belum mampu melakukan teknik dasar bermain tenis meja, selain itu banyak dari siswa yang belum tuntas mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dengan nilai 70. Penerapan pembelajaran dengan media dinding dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran tenis meja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: peningkatan hasil belajar tenis meja melalui penerapan modifikasi alat pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus mempunyai 4 langkah yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD yang berjumlah 31 orang yang terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes kemampuan dan hasil belajar bermain tenis meja. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah secara statistic deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pembelajaran melalui penerapan modifikasi alat pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tenis meja. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh terjadi peningkatan yang sangat signifikan dari siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil belajar pada siklus I dalam kategori tuntas adalah 41,94% dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam kategori tuntas sebesar 87,10%..

The purpose of this research was to analyze and describe the achievement motivation of badminton athletes in Bungo district. This research has shown some of its outcome target such as becomes a topic discussion in local scientific meeting which has been held in STKIP-MB. In addition, the results of this study will be published in the National Journal of ISSN. Furthermore, this research was a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data were gathered through observation, interview and documentation study. Sources of data in this study were athletes and badminton coaches who joined in the bottom club PBSI Bungo. This research was conducted in June 2017 until August 2017. The conclusions of this research were: (1) motivation source for achievement of badminton athletes in Bungo was the intrinsic motivation. They wanted to be excellent athletes, champion and top athlete, (2) even though the motivational role of the badminton athlete of Bungo district in PB Bungo Sport and PB Tunas Bungo was high, but it could not contribute to the achievement. This happened due to coaches, parents and related parties didn’t fully support the athlete's process while training for the match.Keywords: Achievement motivation, badminton athlete

The performance given by BP3K in carrying out its duties and functions can illustrate its role in facilitating the implementation of agricultural counseling in the District area, especially in the Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study aims to explain the performance and factors related to the performance of BP3K Haraud and BP3K Lareh Sago Halabandalam in carrying out the duties and functions of the Minister of Agriculture. 26 of 2012. The research was conducted in January 2016-April 2017 at BP3K Harau and BP3K Lareh Sago Halaban. The approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research. The informants of this study were 14 people who came from civil servants, THL extension staff at BP3K Harau and BP3K Lareh Sago Halaban, 28 people who were Farmer Group Managers, Community Leaders and were taken using the snow ball purposive technique. Data collected by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with analysis tools of narrative and interpretation data analysis. The conclusions obtained from this research are: Performance of BP3K Harau and BP3K Lareh Sago Halaban in carrying out their duties and functions based on the mandate of Permentan Number 26 of 2012 is in a condition that is still low, seen only one of the tasks and functions that can be carried out properly is to facilitate the preparation of sub-district agricultural extension programs while the other cannot be carried out properly by the two BP3Ks. Several factors that led to the low performance include: a) Internal factors such as the limited competency of the Agricultural Extension HR in both BP3Ks and the lack of support for facilities, agricultural extension infrastructure owned by the two BP3Ks; b) External factors such as funding support for agricultural extension services by local governments and support from the main actors (farmers) in the implementation of agricultural extension in the BP3K working area. Salah satu pembelejaran yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah dengan menggunakan pembelajaran open ended ataupun memberikan pembelajaran dengan soal open ended. Pembelaran open ended adalah pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menentukan masalah, dan masalah tersebut harus dieselesaikan secara terbuka. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah agar setelah melaksanakan program, masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran open ended. Kemudian, Membina hubungan baik dengan guru di SDN 166/II Tirta Mulya. Beberapa hal yang dapat disimpulkan dari hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, ini adalah Pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran open ended sudah baik dan pemahaman guru tentang pengembangan soal open ended sdah cukup baik.

Educational sports are carried out with the aim of education through all movement activities that are directed to meet the needs and goals of education itself. Educational sports are identical with physical education activities, sports and health, which are carried out at every level of education or better known as physical education and sports. This service is carried out with the aim of knowing the assessment of the coach and match supervisor on the leadership of the referee in the futsal playoff match. The STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo Futsal Tournament activity will be held on January 31, 2021 at Dimas Futsal, Muara Bungo. Field results are obtained due to the factors that influence the success of a referee, namely internal and external factors. The more dominant influence is internal factors, psychological factors in the form of anxiety. To be able to lead the match well, the referee needs to master these psychological factors. How to manage these psychological factors can be by training the emotions of the referee to keep it under control. Understand patterns in mastering psychological factors and always practice

Sports games are one part that can not be separated from human life, through physical education, humans can learn more from things related to affective, cognitive, and psychomotor which are human provisions to achieve better life goals. Manipulative skills are a child's activity related to objects outside of him that must be manipulated in such a way that one skill is formed. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts in developing basic manipulative movement skills for children through sports games on the aspects of throwing, catching, kicking and dribbling. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach (case study) involving 3 teachers. Data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed qualitatively using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the teacher's efforts in developing basic manipulative movement skills for children through sports games are as follows: 1) providing tools or materials that attract children's attention in developing basic manipulative movement skills through sports games, 2) providing direction and examples to children in develop basic manipulative movement skills through exercise, 3) observe the child during the process of developing basic manipulative movement skills through sports games

This research is motivated by the lack of kickback skills in Bungo District Wrestling Athletes. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of slamming ability of Bungo District Wrestling Athletes. This research is descriptive. This research was carried out at the Bungo District Wrestling Athletes Training Center. The population in this study is the Bungo District Gulat Athlete with a total of 33 people. The sample in this study were 6 athletes who actively participated in the exercise. Analysis techniques Data analysis used in this study uses quantitative descriptive statistics with percentages. The results showed that the level of slamming skills of Bungat Regency Wrestling Athletes was not entirely good. Based on the results of interviews with Trainers it is known that the maximum assessment for kickback skills is 25, while the acquisition of athlete scores indicates that athletes have scored 16, 17 and 18. These conditions are due to 1) Athletes have not been able to make falling movements properly, 2) Athletes have not been able to make a move out of the opponent's key when positioned below, 3) Athletes have not been able to catch their feet properly, 4) Athletes have not been able to do slamming opponents, 5) Athletes have not been fully able to infiltrate opponents, and 6) Athletes have not been fully able to do interesting movements of the opponent.

This research was motivated by the lack of frog jumping ability of students/athletes in the Kids' Athletics branch of the National Student Sports Competition (KOSN), causing achievement to be still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the up and down stairs training method on the ability to jump frogs in students who take part in extracurricular sports in athletics. The method in this research is quasi-experimental. The population of this research is all students who are members of extracurricular activities with a total of 193 students and the sample of this study is students who take part in extracurricular sports in the athletic branch totaling 11 people. The instrument used is a frog jumping ability test. The data analysis technique of this study used the t-test (t-test). The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant effect of the up and down stairs training method on the ability to jump frogs in students who took part in extracurricular sports in athletics. The results of the t-test obtained the value of sig. (2 tailed) of 0.01 < 0.05 then Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected. Based on the results of this study, it can be interpreted that the method of going up and down stairs has an influence on the frog's jumping ability. The method of going up and down stairs has a significant effect in this study after the percentage increase showed positive results, namely 18.05%. Through the results of this study, the method of going up and down stairs needs to be applied in coaching athletes to improve future achievements.
