Abstract

This research aims to understand the strategic marketing of corn in Oelongko Village Bone Kancitala Sub-district Muna Regency. The determination of the research area is done purposively on the considerations that Oelongko is one of the corn-producing villages and in that location, there are only two corn merchants who do corn business around and outside Oelongko Village. This research from March until October 2017. Total of the respondent of corn merchants as much as two people by using the census method. The analysis used in this research is using a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis method. The formulation of corn marketing strategy uses two matrixes namely SWOT matrix and external internal matrix. The result of this research showed that the strategy that needs to be applied to corn merchants in Oelongko Village is a growth strategy that can be done with diversification efforts. The diversification strategy that can be done merchants corn is an effort in the development of value added

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the conversion of clove plantation land in Tolong Village, Lede District, Taliabu Island, North Maluku Province. The population of this study is all farmers who convert clove plantation (23 people) in Tolong Village, Lede District, Taliabu Regency, North Maluku Province. Sampling using purposive method (purposely) and samples were taken amounted to 23 people. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of this study indicate that the factors affecting the conversion of clove plantation in Tolong Village, Lede District, Taliabu Island, North Maluku Province, is the total price of clove trees sold, the production revenue and cost of.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of production that significantly affect the production of rice farming, consisting of two factors, namely land and experience of farmers in farming in the real level of 95%. While factors of production such as seed, fertilizer, labor, and education have no effect on the real significance of the set. Village studio Studio District Palangga Sub-district of Kabupaten Konawe South. The population was 55 as respondents. Determining the sample done by simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used is analysis Cob Douglas. The results showed that the respondents receiving an average of Rp25,541,818. Once it is recognized revenue of Rp. 19,497,227.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the supply of non fermented cocoa beans have been in Lembah Subur Village, Dangia Sub-District, East Kolaka District. Determination of sample is done by Simple Random Sampling that is by taking 10% from total population (455 people) so that the number of sample is 46 people. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that based on the result of forecasting with least square method variable of land area have real effect to the result of cocoa sale in Lembah Subur Village. While the selling price of non fermented cocoa beans, production cost, age of cocoa plants, farmer age and experience of farming did not significantly affect the sales of non fermented cocoa beans in Lembah Subur village, Dangia sub-district, East Kolaka regency

Abstract

This study aims to recognize (1) the cost incurred in the marketing of young coconut in Kendari City, (2) income earned on young coconut marketing business in Kendari City and (3) R/C cost efficiency at young coconut marketing business in Kota Kendari. This study uses Qualitative method. The population of this research is all sellers of young coconuts in Kendari City.  Determination of sample in this research is using census method. The results of this study show that (1) the average cost incurred in the marketing of young coconut is Rp 6,831,584/month, (2) while the total cost of revenue is Rp 59,547,827 per month with the average value of Rp 4.253.416 per month and (3) cost efficiency R/C ratio on marketing of young coconut is 1.6 means greater than 1 in the sense that young coconut marketing business is profitable and feasible to Developed.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the pattern of marketing channels, how much cost, profit, and marketing margin and to know the efficiency of marketing vegetables (long beans, spinach, and kale). This research was conducted in November 2016 until October 2017 in Pombulaa Jaya Village KondaSubdistrict of South Konawe Regency. The population of this research was all farmers of vegetables in Pombulaa Jaya Village amount 50 farmers. The sample used in this research is vegetable farmer and vegetable marketing agency. Based on the research result, the number of selected sample farmers was 37 vegetable farmers. While, the number of sample traders in this study were 7 traders consisted of 2 merchant collectors and 5 retailers. The results showed that invegetables marketing there were two patterns of marketing channels that used was marketing channel I consists of farmers → collector traders → retailers → consumer and marketing channel II was farmers → retailers → consumer. The marketing cost for marketing of I for long beans was Rp 937,500 per month, spinach Rp 793,200 per month, and kangkung Rp 1,689,300 per month and marketing channel II cost for bean length Rp 420,000 per month, spinach Rp 210,000 per month, and kale of 210,000 per month. The marketing advantage of marketing channel I for long beans was Rp 12,112,500 per month, spinach Rp 8,206,800 per month and kangkung Rp 15,560,700 per month and marketing channel II for bean length Rp 2,580,000 per month, spinach for Rp 1.290.000 per month and kangkung Rp 1.290.000 per month. Marketing margin on marketing channel I for peanuts was Rp 7.500 per kg, spinach Rp 6,000 per kg and kangkung Rp 7,000 per kg, while marketing channel II for bean length Rp 2,000 per kg, spinach Rp 2,000 and kangkung Rp 2,000 per kg. In termseconomic, the marketing channel II in Pombulaa Jaya Village was the most efficient compared to marketing channel I because it has the lowest percentage of marketing margin that was 40% long beans, 50%.
