The Islamic phenomenon has been enter in aspect of the Indonesian banking. This thing sign by apprear of syari'ah bank with the operational base on the Islamic lecture. Syari'ah bank is one of the alternative solution of the debate between interest bank and riba. Convensional bank use the interest system and the syari'ah bank use the profit sharing system. That thing who become the difference between the conventional bank and the syari'ah bank. Syari'ah bank in the operational use the accounting system base on the syari'ah principles to make a note for every transaction has been done. Accounting principles who base syari'ah difference with the accounting principles who use in the conventional bank. Accounting principles in the Islamic base on the Al-Qur'an (Al-Baqarah : 282), that is: accountability principle, truth prinsciple, and the justice principle. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) in the mudharabah financing apply the accounting principles who base in Islamic syariat in the Al-Qur'an, that is : in the accounting process of the mudharabah financing, principles who use in the mudharabah financing and the mechanism of profit sharing system in the mudharabah financing.

This research is using the hypothesis examination carries out by spreads questionnaire about 30 employees of FEB UIN Jakarta. Analysis used was validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test supported by SPSS computer program version 15 by using double linear regression analysis. Based on data calculation result of cost analysis used, obtained regression equality of : Y = 2,501+0,143X1 + 0,191X2 Significant value is 0,000. By using signification limits about 0,05, therefore that signification value less than 0,05. Therefore, hypothesis which stated that have organization culture and work motivation influence the employee's performance could be accepted. (Ha is accepted). The value of the correlation (R) is 0,576. It mean that both organization culture and work motivation have significant influence to employee performance of FEB UIN Jakarta.

Ibu mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan ini dan ibu memiliki peran multidimensional dalam keluarga, mengingat Ibu menggambarkan peranan yang besar dalam proses pendidikan, maka Islam sangat menaruh Perhatian terhadap masalah ini. Berhasil dan gagalnya pendidikan sebuah keluarga bergantung pada kemampuan seorang Ibu. Konsep pendidikan keluarga menurut Islam adalah pendidikan yang berteraskan agama Islam yaitu berlandaskan Al-qur‟an dan hadits.

Untuk melakukan kegiatan ilmiah secara baik diperlukan sarana berfikir. Tersedianya sarana tersebut memungkinkan dilakukannya penelaahan ilmiah secara teratur dan cermat. Penguasaan sarana berpikir ilmiah ini merupakan suatu hal yang bersifat imperatif bagi seorang ilmuan. Tanpa menguasai hal ini maka kegiatan ilmiah yang baik tak dapat dilakukan. Sarana ilmiah pada dasarnya merupakan alat yang membantu kegiatan ilmiah dalam berbagai langkah yang harus ditempuh. Untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan berpikir ilmiah dengan baik maka diperlukan sarana berupa bahasa, matematika, statistika dan logika. II. BAHASA Bahasa sebagai sarana komunikasi antara manusia, tanpa bahasa tiada komunikasi. Tanpa komunikasi apakah manusia dapat bersosialisasi, dan apakah manusia layak disebut dengan mahluk sosial? Sebagai sarana komunikasi maka segala yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi tidak terlepas dari bahasa, seperti berfikir sistematis dalam menggapai ilmu dan pengetahuan. Dengan kata lain, tanpa mempunyai kemampuan berbahasa, seseorang tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan berfikir secara sistematis dan teratur. Banyak ahli bahasa yang telah memberikan uraiannya tentang pengertian bahasa. sudah barang tentu setiap ahli berbeda-beda cara penyampaikannya. Bloch and Trager menyatakan bahwa a language is asystem of arbitrary vocal symbols by means of which a social group cooperates (bahasa adalah suatu sistem simbol-simbol bunyi yang arbitrer yang dipergunakan oleh suatu kelompok sosial sebagai alat untuk berkomunikasi). Fungsi bahasa memang sangat penting dalam dunia manusia. Dengan bahasa para anggota masyarakat dapat mengadakan interaksi sosial. Telaah mengenai polapola interaksi ini merupakan bagian dari ilmu Sosiologi.

The aims of this study is to determine the zakat management system and the accountability of the Amil Zakat institution's financial statements in order to be able to maximize the potential of zakat that can be collected. Zakat is the third pillar of Islam that must be fulfilled by all Muslims in the world when it has reached its provisions. Accountability of financial statements is a manifestation of responsibility to society, the state, and Allah. Therefore the Amil Zakat Institution must report the results of zakat management and distribution to Muzakki in order to gain trust from the community so that the potential for zakat collected is much greater because of the public's trust in the Amil Zakat institution. In order for the public's awareness and trust in zakat to become more flourishing, it can be realized through the performance of accountable, transparent and professional Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ). For this reason, the Amil Zakat institution must have a financial report which is a reflection of good financial management. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan zakat dan akuntabilitas Laporan Keuangan lembaga amil zakat agar dapat memaksialkan potensi zakat yang bisa dikumpulkan. Zakat merupakan rukun Islam yang ketiga yang wajib ditunaikan oleh semua muslim di dunia ketika sudah mencapai ketentuannya. Akuntabilitas laporan keuangan merupakan perwujudan tanggung jawab kepada masyarakat, negara, dan Allah Swt. Karena itu Lembaga amil zakat harus melaporkan hasil pengelolaan zakat dan penyalurannya kepada muzakki agar mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat sehingga potensi zakat yang dikumpulkan jauh lebih besar karena kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga amil zakat. Agar kesadaran dan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam ber zakat ini menjadi semakin tumbuh subur maka dapat diwujudkan melalui kinerja Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ) yang akuntabel, transparan dan profesional. Untuk itu lembaga amil zakat harus memiliki Laporan keuangan yang merupakan cerminan dari pengelolaan keuangan yang baik.

The theme of the article is: zakat management. The purpose of the article is: to examine the potential of
zakat to overcome poverty. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods.
Zakat is a property that must be issued by a Muslim to give to those who have the right to receive it in
accordance with Islamic law. The analysis shows that zakat can reduce the number of poor families from
84% to 74%. This shows the extraordinary potential of zakat which can prosper the people. Therefore the
people need to be made aware of the importance of fulfilling the obligation of zakat. This awareness can
be through socialization and education to the public related to the law, the wisdom of zakat, the assets of
the zakat object as well as the procedures for calculation, and the relation between zakat and taxes. This
is the duty of the government and the community to continue to campaign for zakat.

The purpose of this research is to discuss the multi level marketing (MLM) business in terms of Islamic business law, as well as to find out how the business practices carried out by PT. K-LINK and whether K-Link's MLM business practices are in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa No 75 / DSN-MUI / VII / 2009. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. Based on the research results it is known that the Multi Level Marketing business practices at PT. K-Link Nusantara, starting from its direct selling practice, marketing and recruiting, bonus distribution and prices have followed the existing Islamic law rules and can be said to be in accordance with the basic principles of the Islamic religion which refers to the Al-Quran, Hadith, and Ijma '. Education means either human or social capital investment to build up an intellectual community possessing wider knowledge. Some define education as a process of transferring knowledge from one generation to another. By investing in education, we tend to create a dynamic society which in return would contribute significantly to the development of nation. The main objective of this study is to explore information related to the policy in developing Islamic higher educational institutions and the strategic roles played by the respective alumni in the process of developing the community and nation. This study utilizes the valuable documents relating to the development of Islamic educational institutions as the main data sources. The data were taken from the websites of some Islamic institutions, articles written by the Muslim figure in Indonesia and from the webpage of the Director of Higher Islamic educational institution, Ministry of Religious Affairs. Primary research method was also used by interviewing the leaders of Islamic higher educational institutions to gain a broad sense of the policy changing and policy re-orientation. Data from the interviews were manually analyzed and classified into relevant ideas, themes, categories and patterns based on qualitative approaches.

The paper aims at elaborating the prosperity and social justice of applying the principle of Islamic finance. It also analyzes the implication of social justice in stimulating the positive effects in developing economics of all majority and preventing another half of the economics' faces such as financial crisis, poverty, inequalities, unemployment and wealth distinction between the rich and the poor which occurred in the amid of the global turn oil economic and finance. The paper consists of four sections. First section gives an introduction on Islamic finance, its principles, philosophy and ethical norms; second section explores Islamic finance and the spirit of social justice. The condemnation of interest, gharar, maysir, and speculation has a profound impacts on low probability of danger of insolvency may occur under applying profit and loss sharing (PLS), increase of participation in the official financial system. The detailed implications of practicing profit and loss sharing in Islamic finance business are need-fulfillment, optimum growth of economy, full employment, equitable distribution, and economic stability.

The article attempts to unfold students' perspective on the contribution of entrepreneurial education to shape their sense of entrepreneurship and their expectation. The research was applied in-depth interview to the students whom are decided meeting the specific criteria. Having entrepreneurial subject, training and internship program are among the criteria. In addition, data were also collected by using open questionnaire which is shared to the students. The result of study denotes that entrepreneurial education contributes in shaping the students' understanding on the nature of entrepreneurship, benefit, challenges and its risks. The tremendous impact is their awareness on the important relation between entrepreneurship and ethics, and social responsibility. After having the entrepreneurial education, the students have rational expectation on some aspects; having self-employment, avoiding unfair competition on becoming civil servant, having healthy and clean life, and creating job opportunity for others.

Abstract- Determining the selling price and the purchasing price in Islamic banking products has attracted much attention in the post-crisis discussion of how to make the Islamic financial system more firmly running the principles of sharia. This paper investigates and calibrates a Pricing Model Islamic Bank. The model Pricing is adopted from the simple model of general equilibrium. We argue that the theory of consumption inters temporal Islam namely: Islam executed by the community, Zakat is obligatory, No usury in the economy. We argue that, has its own pricing model defeat interest rate provisions of the central bank in positive states of the Islamic Economy. They would have been in a better position to set prices. The allowances accumulated by means of themaximize the zakah for the welfare of the people. That the Islamic pricing model proposed expected into consideration by regulator.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Third Party Funds (TPF), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operation Cost Operating Income (OCOI), Net Operating Margin (NOM), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation and Return on Asset (ROA) as a proxy of Islamic bank’s profitability in Indonesia during 2011-2014 periods. The population of study was Sharia banking (BS) in Indonesia. Time series data from Indonesian Banking Statistics 2011-2014 were used as the primary data. Multiple linear regression was applied as method of analysis. The result shows that CAR, NPF, FDR and NOM did not affect profitability, while TPF, OCOI had negative effect on profitability.
