EMEA refers to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. APAC refers to Asia-Pacific.

Managing and monitoring agents at scale was the main barrier to putting agentic AI into business production in the APAC region in 2026, at ** percent. This was higher than in the Americas and EMEA. In contrast, ** percent of respondents in the Americas cited a shortage of skilled staff as the most significant barrier.
