During a 2024 survey carried out among adult Swedish consumers, direct mail was revealed to be the medium that offered the most positive advertising experience thanks to a good balance of advertising and content, appropriate frequency of ad delivery and the greatest opportunity for consumers to avoid advertising if they wished to. TV ranked second, delivering the worst ad experience, according to the respondents.
