In August 2025, the mayor of Cochabamba, Manfred Reyes Villa, was the candidate with the fourth voting intention, with 7.7 percent of respondents saying they would vote for the Sumáte Party leader. Bolivia's current poll leader, Samuel Medina, had over 21.02 percent of the voting intention.
