Members of Handelsverband.swiss as well as other online retailers were surveyed. In total, data from over 300 companies was used. Revenue of large online retailers who do not publish data was estimated by HANDELSVERBAND.swiss and GfK Switzerland.

In 2024, e-commerce revenue in Switzerland saw a growth of *** percent compared to the previous year. This was a much smaller growth than typically seen in the industry. 2022 was the first year that saw a decrease in revenue.
