In 2018, ** percent of survey respondents in Spain had trust in scientists in their country, this was the highest share of any European country. Iceland and Finland followed with ** and ** percent of individuals in these respective countries having trust in scientists, while in Albania only ** percent of respondents had confidence in scientists.
