In 2022, the volume of domestic tourism in Argentina registered a year-over-year increase of over ** percent, showing the recovery from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and surpassing pre-pandemic levels. The total amounted to roughly ** million in that year, the highest number recorded since at least 2012.
