Darshan Naik shared thisLooking forward to this partnership and accelerate value creation for our clients.Darshan Naik shared thisCapgemini and OpenAI announced a new strategic partnership to help enterprises deploy Frontier agents at scale. Capgemini positions the work around enterprise delivery requirements - connecting agents to data and systems, embedding the right operating processes, and supporting secure rollout across business functions. “...Capgemini’s transformation and global delivery expertise alongside OpenAI’s research and product leadership will help close the gap between what frontier AI can do and what businesses can actually deploy with agents,” said Brad Lightcap, Chief Operating Officer at OpenAI. "...By combining our domain expertise and assets with OpenAI’s cutting-edge models and platform, we move faster, build smarter, and create solutions that weren’t possible before,” said Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini. “We see this as a long-term strategic collaboration that will shape the future of our industry.” According to the announcement, Capgemini will establish a dedicated Frontier delivery function and work alongside OpenAI’s Forward Deployed Engineering team to accelerate enterprise rollouts - bringing implementation capacity, integration know-how, and delivery discipline to production deployments. Darshan Naik shared thisA solid close to 2025; #letsgo 2026!!Darshan Naik shared thisHappy to share our FY 2025 financial results, that we announced this morning. In a complex macroeconomic environment, we exceeded our revenue growth objective and met our margin and organic free cash flow targets, demonstrating the strength and clarity of our strategic direction. The improvement of our underlying growth dynamics throughout the year has been driven by a strong demand for cloud, data & AI and digital business process services, as well as a greater number of large transformational deals. We are helping clients to scale AI from small experiments to enterprise-wide programs by integrating AI throughout our portfolio, deploying it in delivery, and strengthening our partner ecosystem to accelerate path to value. Generative and agentic AI accounted for over 10% of Group bookings in Q4, demonstrating that our clients recognize us as a trusted partner for their AI-driven business and technology transformation. The strategic acquisition of WNS marked a milestone for the Group. This acquisition strengthens Capgemini’s ability to deliver Gen AI‑powered Intelligent Operations at scale, accelerating end-to-end agentification of business processes to deliver significant value. In 2026, our growth will be fueled by AI-led transformation programs, Intelligent Operations where we are signing some large deals, and sovereignty where demand is significantly increasing, as demonstrated by our recent announcements with AWS, Google and Microsoft. We are clearly pivoting the Group to be the catalyst for enterprise-wide AI adoption. Looking ahead, we target for 2026 revenue growth of around +6.5% to +8.5% at constant exchange rates and an operating margin of between 13.6% and 13.8%. Darshan Naik shared thisAmericas continues to be our growth engine with TMT leading the way.. looking forward to a strong 2025!!Darshan Naik shared thisHappy to share Capgemini's Q3 revenues which were announced earlier today. The Group delivered a strong Q3, better than expected, thanks to the relevance of our AI-powered business and technology partner positioning and the targeted actions initiated a year ago, in a demand environment that is largely unchanged. We achieved a significant acceleration in North America, which is 28% of our Group revenues, where we delivered a solid growth of +7%. We also see continued growth in South America. Demand continued to be driven by #Cloud, #Data and #AI, with a strong focus on efficiency and optimization. We are accelerating the integration of #GenAI across our service portfolio to enable clients to achieve tangible business value. This is reflected in robust deal wins in generative and agentic AI. Thank you to all of our teams across Capgemini who have contributed to these results, and to our clients for their continued trust in Capgemini. Darshan Naik shared thisThrilled to see the great progress we’re making across all fronts. Grateful to our incredible TMT team for their instrumental role in driving our growth and shaping what’s ahead.#highperformingteam CapgeminiDarshan Naik shared thisI am pleased to share our H1 2025 results, which were announced this morning. The Group’s performance continued to improve in Q2. Momentum was positive in North America, the UK and APAC & LatAm and stable in Continental Europe, including France. Our bookings were solid, with a strong book-to-bill ratio of 1.08, and the operating margin was stable at 12.4%. In a challenging environment, our H1 performance demonstrates the resilience of the Group’s operating model. Client demand continues to be driven by efficiency and cost optimization. We benefit from good traction in #cloud, #data & #AI and digital core, and have built a strong pipeline in #GenAI and #AgenticAI, which accounted for more than 7% of Group bookings in Q2. On this front, we launched our Resonance AI Framework, a strategic blueprint to help organizations embed AI into the fabric of their daily operations, and further enhanced our partnerships with major players such as Mistral AI and SAP. Demand is increasing in the emerging areas of #defense and #sovereignty, as well as in digital business process services primarily driven by intelligent operations. Going into Q3, we see some stability in the environment, while we retain our cautious stance to account for the uncertainty created by geopolitical tensions and a slow economy. In this context and on the strength of this resilient H1 performance, we narrow the range of our constant currency growth outlook for the year to between -1 and +1%. Darshan Naik liked thisDarshan Naik liked thisI’ve kept a tradition over many years. I take friends and colleagues (and the occasional client) up for a gentle aerobatic flight. Just strapping into the front seat is a character reveal. Can you overcome an intense fear of the unknown? Once airborne I offer to hand over the stick. That’s the next character reveal. Will you take control and stay steady as things grow more intense? These sisters did both. You could see the shift in their faces. Nerves turning into focus, then into something like joy. They’re now starting their professional journeys with those same instincts already in place. They’re going to be amazing.

Darshan Naik liked thisTo begin this series, I want to start with someone who played a key role during the difficult post EY Consulting acquisition period. Challenging times… His contribution made a difference. He left the Group earlier than I would have wished, and I have often regretted it since: Paul Spence. 👥 Paul joined the Group through the EY Consulting acquisition. He was running Australia ops, part of an Asia‑Pacific organization that proved later very audit-dependent in deep client relationships. I watched him manage with energy and focus. He really made a difference by creating commercial dynamics, with detailed reviews of the funnel and pushing personally limited number of key deals with a strong mobilization at each excom meeting. 🎯 He was genuinely not only warm with people but incredibly supportive and close, while being very demanding on substance and delivery. Some of you may have experienced this firsthand, not necessarily protected from pressure, but supported through it. In a period marked by sustained stress between 2002 and 2005, this approach helped develop several future leaders and avoided short‑term reactions. ⚖️ That mix of clarity and trust mattered even more when Paul took on the UK business. The organization was fractured between former Gemini Consulting, EY Consulting and Capgemini teams, after a wave of departures that had weakened cohesion. Rather than imposing authority, Paul focused on reconciliation, rebuilding confidence and re‑establishing a collective dynamic around shared objectives. 🏛️ In 2004, this people‑ and client‑centric leadership was tested during a highly competitive phase in the UK public sector. Against extremely powerful incumbents (EDS, IBM and CSC), Paul led, with Martin Cook, the bid for what became the largest contract the Group had ever signed at that point. His involvement extended well beyond the bid itself, with sustained personal engagement with the client and a clear focus on their needs, regardless of internal service‑line boundaries. 🚀 Paul later went on to structure the Group’s European outsourcing activities, support the creation of the BPO unit – through a string a acquisitions of captives (International Paper, Unilever, etc.), and consistently pull people forward, notably Hubert Giraud, Christine Hodgson or Thierry Delaporte. I still remember a Group presentation inspired by the Invictus movie, where Paul used the story of Nelson Mandela speaking from prison to talk about cohesion and collective effort under constraints. It was theatrical, but it rang true. Beyond the professional journey, Paul also became a friend, and we continue to exchange and stay in touch to this day. For the anecdote, Paul organized in February 2001 a first APAC leadership meeting in Mumbai. It was my first business trip to India. In hindsight, a fitting starting point. So, for you, how many boxes does he tick in the leadership profile highlighted in my first post?

“Gen AI is evolving from a tool for automation to a catalyst for autonomy.” That’s the shift we’re embracing at Cognizant - where #AgenticAI is becoming the invisible engine behind enterprise transformation. The real disruption is only just beginning, which means moving beyond automation to systems that can perceive, decide, and act independently. In my recent interview with Express Computer, I shared how we’re operationalizing #GenAI through our frameworks like Agent Foundry, embedding intelligence into the very fabric of work - from IT operations to cybersecurity and beyond. Last week, I had the privilege of participating as a panelist at ISCEA's (International Supply Chain Education Alliance) Pledge Day, focused on the critical theme of how Technology can enable Supply Chain and Sustainability. I was honoured to join a distinguished panel of experts from both industry and academia— Dr. Sushmita Nande, Thorsten Mebs, Lokendra Sharma, Ramachandra Handaragal. The session was skilfully moderated by Ushasi Sengupta. Today’s organizations face rapidly evolving global dynamics, economic uncertainty, rising customer expectations, competing stakeholder priorities, and an explosion of AI-driven initiatives. During this insightful one-hour session, we explored key themes and real-world sustainability use cases, powered by technology. Highlights included: 🔹 The role of technology in accelerating sustainability adoption—enabling compliance, enhancing transparency, and driving cost efficiencies 🔹 The importance of collaborating with ecosystem partners across the supply chain to reduce Scope 3 emissions 🔹 Best practices to navigate regional compliance requirements, manage associated costs, and conduct materiality assessments 🔹 Adoption of sustainability maturity frameworks and shared learnings on using life cycle assessment (LCA) across industries to meet sustainability targets 🔹 Industry-specific case studies showcasing how organizations are embedding sustainability into operations to drive long-term cost savings 🔹 How ERP systems (SAP and Oracle) support both incremental improvements and sustainability-first strategies across the end-to-end supply chain—monitoring KPIs from order fulfillment to traceability, and driving transparency 🔹 Emerging ERP sustainability tools such as SAP Green Ledger, which empowers CFOs in the steel industry by combining financial and environmental data to track emissions per ton of steel by grade—promoting the use of recycled and scrap materials 🔹 AI-driven sustainability use cases in SAP ERP, including the automation of emission factor mapping and the generation of similarity scores for carbon footprint calculations.
