Maija Huttunen-Lenz
Maija Huttunnen-Lenz, PhD, works as an Assistant Professor in Community Health Nursing at the Institute of Nursing Science, University of Education, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. She brings experience from clinical care settings and public health services, as well as post-doctoral work in health behaviour research. Her research focuses on complex, theory-oriented health and care interventions, health-behaviour modification, secondary prevention, and methods of health and care research. In her work, she blends nursing science, public health, and psychology in healthcare research to design, evaluate, and understand intervention mechanisms, with a particular emphasis on the real-world applicability of healthcare interventions.
