MS Mediterranean Sky was an ocean liner built in 1953 She capsized and sank after being laid up in Elevsis Bay, Greece in 2003.
Due to the companies’ financial situation, the Mediterranean Sky was arrested in 1997, whilst in Patras. Two years later she was towed to Eleusus Gulf in Greece, where she lay abandoned. In late 2002, the ship began to take on water and started to tilt. In order to stop her sinking, she was towed to shallow water and was grounded. In January 2003, Mediterranean Sky keeled over on her side where she remains awaiting her fate.
On my way home today I spotted this sky; from Vancouver Island looking across the straight of Georgia over top of Denman Island

non mi importa. Perché dovrei avere paura della morte?
Non vi sarebbe alcuna ragione, prima o poi si deve andare.”

Just outside Monument Valley, Utah, on Highway 163 is this spot where a scene from Forest Gump was filmed. He was running across America followed by a large crowd of groupies, and abruptly decided to stop running at this spot. Even on Google maps, it's now officially called out as "Forrest Gump Point".
It was extremely windy this day, and dust filled the air. Shortly after this was taken, a huge dust storm enveloped the area obscuring everything.
