The authors of Lyrical Ballads (1798) are the English Romantic poets William Wordsworth and Samuel Taylor Coleridge. Wordsworth.” In the preface of these later editions, Wordsworth refers to Coleridge merely as “a Friend,” thereby acknowledging those poems penned by Coleridge.
