Table 2 reveals that the Cronbach coefficient values are over 0.70 for financial, production, subjective and employee related measures. Only for customer related measures was the value well below the accepted level of 0.60. These values clearly indicate the internal reliability of the questionnaire design and responses. Descriptive statistics for each measure is presented in Table 3. ble 2 Reliability test of internal consistency in the responses
