Vertical Analysis

Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του οινοποιητικού κλάδου, μέσα από τη χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση των οικονομικών επιδόσεων οινοποιητικών επιχειρήσεων της Ελλάδας και της Ιταλίας κατά την περίοδο 2017-2021. Η μελέτη περιλαμβάνει τη χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση οκτώ εταιρειών της Ελλάδας και της Ιταλίας. Η συλλογή των απαραίτητων πληροφοριών και χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων πραγματοποιήθηκε κυρίως από το Γενικό Εμπορικό Μητρώο της Ελλάδας και τις επίσημες ιστοσελίδες των εταιρειών. Η αξιολόγηση περιλαμβάνει οριζόντια και κάθετη ανάλυση, ανάλυση τάσεων, ανάλυση επιλεγμένων αριθμοδεικτών για τη ρευστότητα, τη δραστηριότητα, την αποδοτικότητα και την κερδοφορία, καθώς και αξιολόγηση της πιθανότητας εμφάνισης χρηματοοικονομικής δυσχέρειας. Από την ανάλυση προκύπτουν ενδιαφέροντα συμπεράσματα. Εμφανής είναι ο αντίκτυπος της υγειονομικής κρίσης στις πωλήσεις, όπου καταγράφεται μείωση. Επιπλέον, καταγράφεται επιδείνωση σε μέσους όρους του μικτού, λειτουργικού και καθαρού περιθωρίου κέρδους. Το 2021, με την άρση των περιοριστικών μέτρων σημειώνεται αύξηση των πωλήσεων και βελτίωση σε μέσους όρους του μικτού, λειτουργικού και καθαρού περιθωρίου κέρδους. Όλες οι εταιρείες ανακυκλώνουν τα αποθέματα τους και εισπράττουν τις απαιτήσεις τους πιο αργά από την εξόφληση των εμπορικών τους υποχρεώσεων, οδηγώντας σε ανάγκη χρηματοδότησης για την συνέχιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας τους. Οι δύο ιταλικές εταιρείες, λόγω αργής κυκλοφοριακής ταχύτητας αποθεμάτων, έχουν ανάγκη χρηματοδότησης το 2021 άνω των 700 ημερών. Οι περισσότερες έχουν ικανοποιητικούς δείκτες βραχυπρόθεσμης και μακροπρόθεσμης φερεγγυότητας καθώς και χαμηλή πιθανότητα πτώχευσης. Μια εταιρεία αντιμετωπίζει υψηλή πιθανότητα και μια ακόμη βρίσκεται στη γκρίζα ζώνη. Τέλος, διαπιστώθηκε διαφοροποίηση μεταξύ των εταιρειών όσον αφορά την πολιτική των επενδύσεων και την πολιτική χρηματοδότησης. Όσον αφορά την πολιτική επενδύσεων, τρεις χαρακτηρίζονται, σε μέσους όρους, ως έντασης παγίων περιουσιακών στοιχείων και οι υπόλοιπες πέντε ως έντασης κυκλοφορούντων. Όσον αφορά την ασκούμενη πολιτική χρηματοδότησης, σε μέσους όρους, πέντε χρηματοδοτούν τη λειτουργία τους κυρίως με Ίδια Κεφάλαια, υποδηλώνοντας άσκηση μιας πιο συντηρητικής πολιτικής. Ενώ, από τις τρεις, που χρηματοδοτούν τη λειτουργία τους κυρίως με Ξένα Κεφάλαια, μόνο η μία σημειώνει εξαιρετικά υψηλό βαθμό εξάρτησης.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the wine industry, through the analysis of the financial performance of wine companies in Greece and Italy during the 2017-2021 period. The study of eight companies in Greece and Italy. The collection of the necessary information and financial statements was carried out mainly from the General Commercial Registry of Greece, the official websites of the respective companies as well as public information available on the internet. The assessment incorporates horizontal and vertical analysis, trend analysis, ratio analysis, as well as an assessment of the likelihood of financial distress. The analysis yielded interesting conclusions. The impact of the health crisis on sales is evident, where a decrease/decline is recorded. Additionally, on an average overview it appears that the gross, operating and net profit margins deteriorated. In 2021, with the lifting of the restrictive measures, there is an increase in sales and an improvement in the averages of the gross, operating and net profit margins. All companies recycle their inventory and process their receivables at a slower rate when compared to that of paying their trade expenditures. This result to a need for additional operational financing in order to continue running operations smoothly. The two Italian companies, due to slow inventory turnover, have a financing need that exceeded 700 days in 2021. Most companies have satisfactory indicators of short-term and long-term solvency as well as a low probability of bankruptcy. One company faces a high probability and another is in the gray zone.
In closing, a differentiation was identified between the companies in terms of investment policy and financing policy. In terms of investment policy, three are characterized, on average, as fixed assets intensive and the remaining five as current assets intensive. Regarding the applied financing policy, on average, five finance their operation mainly with Equity, indicating a more conservative policy. While, of the three, which finance their operation mainly with Foreign Funds, one notes an extremely high degree of dependence.

Sinopse: O objetivo deste artigo é analisar a influência de variáveis externas sobre as demonstrações contábeis, especificamente, evidenciar alguns acontecimentos econômicos, sociais e climáticos. Ao mesmo tempo, analisam-se as demonstrações contábeis do exercício de 2002 a 2006 da Cooperativa de Crédito Rural de Lucas do Rio Verde -Sicredi Ouro Verde e verifica-se qualitativamente o impacto das variáveis econômicas e climáticas sobre essas demonstrações. Para atingir esse objetivo estuda-se a base científica e teórica sobre a origem da contabilidade, os princípios fundamentais da contabilidade, a estrutura das demonstrações contábeis e a auditoria e análise de balanços. Na pesquisa das variáveis econômicas, sociais e climáticas, opta-se por avaliar o produto soja, base econômica do Município, compreendendo seu preço, produtividade, além do valor do dólar e do clima durante o período de investimento (plantio) e de produção (colheita). As demonstrações contábeis foram padronizadas para efetuar a análise por meio de índices e a análise vertical e horizontal. Verifica-se qualitativamente se as variáveis pesquisadas influenciaram os indicadores contábeis e o valor absoluto dos resultados. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram que os acontecimentos sociais, econômicos e climáticos, influenciam as demonstrações contábeis, pois devido à conjuntura desfavorável das variáveis pesquisadas a partir do ano de 2004, os indicadores contábeis passaram a não ter o mesmo desempenho dos anos anteriores.

Ülkelerin kalkınmaları için önemli bir sektör olarak görülen turizmin etkinliği, sektörde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin finansal performanslarıyla doğrudan ilişkilidir. Bu sebeple turizm işletmelerinin finansal performanslarının analiz edilmesi önemlidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, BİST konaklama sektöründe işlem gören işletmelerin 2018-2022 yıllarına ait finansal performanslarının belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda finansal performans kriteri olarak Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu’ndan elde edilen mali tablolardan yararlanılarak 15 finansal oran araştırmacılar tarafından hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen oranlar TOPSIS, MULTIMOORA ve PROMETHEE çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. BİST konaklama sektöründe genel olarak finansal performansı en yüksek işletmelerin KSTUR ve MAALT olduğu belirlenmiş ve yöntemlerin sıralama sonuçlarının farklı olabildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre araştırmacılara, işletmelere ve yatırımcılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Benford Yasası, doğal veri kümelerinde başlangıç rakamlarının belirli bir düzeni takip ettiğini ifade eden bir istatistik prensibidir. Finansal denetim sürecinde Benford Yasası kullanılarak finansal tablo verilerinde oluşabilecek potansiyel düzensizlik, hata ve hileler belirlenebilmektedir. Konaklama işletmeleri; mevsimsel talep değişiklikleri, maliyet yapısı, varlık değerlemesi gibi konularda diğer işletmelerden farklılık göstermektedir. Bu araştırmada, Borsa İstanbul’da faaliyet gösteren konaklama işletmelerinin dönen varlıklar, duran varlıklar, aktif toplam, uzun vadeli yükümlülükler, kısa vadeli yükümlülükler, özkaynaklar, satış gelirleri, satışların maliyeti, brüt kar, faaliyet karı, vergi öncesi kar, amortisman giderleri, işletme-yatırım-finansman faaliyetlerinden sağlanan nakit akışları ile nakit ve nakit benzerlerindeki net artış veya azalış kalemlerinin Benford Yasası’na uygunluğunun tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda konaklama işletmelerinin söz konusu finansal tablo kalemlerinin Haziran 2016 – Haziran 2023 dönemindeki rakamsal dağılımları Ki-Kare testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analiz, dönen varlıklar, duran varlıklar, aktif toplam, uzun vadeli yükümlülükler ve
özkaynaklar kalemlerinin Benford Yasası’na uymadığını gösterse de diğer kalemlerin uygunluk gösterdiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

Este trabalho pretende analisar as vantagens competitivas do Rincão Gaia a partir da identificação de sua finalidade, de suas competências essenciais e de suas estratégias competitivas, e se essas estratégias podem criar uma inovação de valor e um mercado específico. Para atingir tal objetivo, o artigo foi organizado em quatro seções: a primeira, enfatizando a introdução ao tema e a metodologia utilizada para análise e construção do texto; a segunda, enfatizando as abordagens teóricas utilizadas; a terceira, trazendo as informações sobre o objeto de estudo; e a quarta, fazendo as análises e ponderações finais sobre o assunto. Pode-se dizer que o Rincão Gaia é um sistema que possui finalidade social-econômica, cujas competências essenciais são a cultura organizacional, os recursos ambientais disponíveis e desenvolvidos e os recursos humanos, e sua estratégia competitiva é a diferenciação com enfoque.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze and exhibit the financial performance of tourism companies which publicly traded in Borsa İstanbul (BIST) and to make comparison with tourism company accounts by using vertical analysis method. In this study, it is examined that the financial statements of publicly traded tourism companies in Borsa İstanbul and Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) Accommodation and Food Service Subsector company accounts for 2014 by using vertical analysis method. As a result of analysis, it is determined that BIST tourism companies have more property, plant and equipment than accommodation and food service subsector. In addition, it is determined that tourism companies use mainly equity by financing their property plant and equipment. In the context of income statement, it is specified that tourism companies and subsector have almost same percentage of cost of sales and administrative expenses. Except that, while period profit of subsector %5, three of BIST tourism companies make loss. Besides that other seven tourism company have highly profit margin than accommodation and food service subsector. In this context, it is found that non-operating income or loses have more portion than sales in publicly traded tourism companies by generate profit or loses.

Bu çalışmanın amacı konaklama ve yiyecek hizmetleri alt sektöründeki işletmelerin ölçek temelinde fon kaynak ve kullanımlarının karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmesidir. Bu amaçla Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası Sektör Bilançoları kullanılarak sektördeki küçük, orta ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerin 2014 yılına ait fon akım tabloları üzerinde analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda sektördeki bütün işletmelerin aktif yatırımına gittiği ve en büyük fon kullanımının duran varlık yatırımları olduğu saptanmıştır. En önemli fon kaynaklarının ise uzun vadeli yabancı kaynak olduğu belirlenmiştir. Küçük ölçekli işletmelerde faaliyetler sonucu fon yaratılamadığı buna karşın orta ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerde faaliyetlerden fon kaynağı yaratıldığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca küçük ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerde özkaynaklardan fon yaratılmasına rağmen orta ölçekli işletmelerde özkaynak artışıyla fon yaratılmadığı saptanmıştır. Genel olarak sektördeki bütün işletmelerin varlık yatırımlarının finansmanında dengeli bir fon kaynağı yaratma eğilimi içerisinde oldukları saptanmıştır.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı "Karşılaştırmalı Tablolar Analiz Tekniği" ile "Konaklama ve Yiyecek Hizmeti Faaliyetleri Alt Sektörü'nün" ölçek bazında analizinin yapılarak sektörün yıllar itibariyle gelişiminin ortaya konulmasıdır. Çalışmada, Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB) sektör bilançolarından faydalanılarak "Konaklama ve Yiyecek Hizmeti Faaliyetleri Alt Sektörü"nün 2012,2013 ve 2014 yıllarına ait bilanço ve gelir tablolarında yer alan kalemlerdeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda büyük ölçekli işletmelerde varlık ve kaynak yapısındaki dengeye dikkat edildiği, fakat orta ve küçük ölçekli firmalarda bu yapının korunmadığı görülmüştür. Gelir tablosundaki değişimler incelendiğinde genel yönetim giderlerinin, finansman giderlerinin ve kambiyo zararlarının büyük, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin karını arttırması konusunda büyük bir engel olduğu saptanmıştır.

Amaç-2019 yılının son çeyreğinde Çin'in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkıp kısa sürede tüm dünyaya yayılan Covid-19, ülkelerarası seyahat kısıtlamalarına ve yasakların uygulanmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu uygulamalar ile ülkelerin finansal piyasaları olumsuz etkilemiş ve başta turizm işletmeleri olmak üzere birçok işletme ciddi sorunlar yaşamaya başlamıştır. Covid-19'un Borsa İstanbul (BİST) Turizm Endeksi'nde işlem gören turizm işletmelerinin finansal durumlarına etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu çalışma ile söz konusu işletmelerin finansal sıkıntı durumları ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Yöntem-BİST Turizm Endeksi'nde işlem gören turizm işletmelerinin 2011-2020 yılları arasında kamuya sunmuş oldukları finansal verilere Finnet aracılığıyla ulaşılmıştır. İşletmelerin finansal sıkıntı derecelerini analiz etmek için Edward Altman'ın 2000 yılında hizmet işletmeleri için geliştirdiği 4 değişkenli ve çoklu diskriminant modeli olma özelliğine sahip Z skoru modeli kullanılmıştır. Bulgular-Analizler sonucunda Covid-19'un başlayıp devam ettiği 2019 yılında 2 ve 2020 yılında 1 işletmenin finansal sıkıntı açısından riskli aralıkta, diğer işletmelerin ise güvenli aralıkta yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir. Tartışma-2020 yılında BİST Turizm Endeksi'nde yer alan işletmelerin piyasa değerlerinin artış eğiliminde olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Genel olarak Covid-19'un yarattığı kriz sebebiyle işletmelerin piyasa değerlerinde düşüş yaşanacağı düşüncesi hakimken bunun tam tersi bir durum gerçekleştiği tespit edilmiştir.

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu k založení podniku a následného provozu Protein Baru. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definice základních teoretických východisek. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci poznatků z teoretické části. Předmětem bakalářské práce „Podnikatelský záměr rozvoje podniku“ je vyhodnotit záměr podniku na výstavbu konzervárny krmiv pro domácí zvířata a navrhnout finanční plán jeho realizace včetně možností financování. Obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti investičního plánování a financování, analýzu současné situace a návrh na realizaci projektu. Práce by mohla sloužit jako podklad pro žádost o bankovní úvěr.The subject of bachelor’s thesis "The business plan of development" is to evaluate the business plan of company for the building-up of the pet food cannery and suggest the financial plan including possibilities of financing. It includes theoretical knowledge in the range of investment planning and financing, analysis of the current situation and proposal for implementation of the project. The work could be instrumental in an application for a bank loan.

Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram que os acontecimentos sociais, econômicos e climáticos, influenciam as demonstrações contábeis, pois devido à conjuntura desfavorável das variáveis pesquisadas a partir do ano de 2004, os indicadores contábeis passaram a não ter o mesmo desempenho dos anos anteriores.

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Ostroj, a. s. za pomoci metod finanční analýzy v letech 2011 – 2015. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitolou je úvod a poslední pátou kapitolu závěr. V teoretické druhé kapitole jsou popsány metody finanční analýzy. Do metod finanční analýzy lze zařadit horizontální analýzu, vertikální analýzu, poměrovou analýzu a s ní spojený pyramidový rozklad s analýzou odchylek a analýzou citlivosti. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje vybranou společnost Ostroj a. s.. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou aplikovány metody finanční analýzy, které jsou popsány v teoretické části. The social balance and sustainability report have been created because the companies need to turn public account to society, with relationship to form as human and natural resources are used. In this sense, the social balance is an accounting report that publishes social information, however, in an isolated way this report doesn't generate possibility to analyze or same to compare actions accomplished by companies with results published in other reports, as for example, the sustainability report. Starting from the exposed, this study has as objective to observe if exists alignment among elements quantified in the social balance and elements described in sustainability reports of Brazilian banks. Bu çalışma ile Kayseri ilinde bulunan bir kamu hastanesinin finansal açıdan performansını değerlendirmek; elde edilen bulgular çerçevesinde literatüre katkı sağlamak ve karar verici pozisyonunda bulunan sağlık yöneticilerine çeşitli önerilerde bulunmak amaçlanmıştır.

The following document deals with the analysis that is made to the energy-generating company Isagen S. E.S. P, with regard to institutional theory and the principal authors, who explain how an organization can be understood as a social entity and how it interacts with other institutions, to carry out commercial transactions with each other. On the other hand, the theory of internationalization of companies also plays an important role in the process as they influence several factors that allow to better understand this event and finally performs a vertical analysis that allows to visualize the importance of some accounts on the balance sheet, and what effect do they have on the economic situation of the company during the period 2011-2016.

The social balance and sustainability report have been created because the companies need to turn public account to society, with relationship to form as human and natural resources are used. In this sense, the social balance is an accounting report that publishes social information, however, in an isolated way this report doesn't generate possibility to analyze or same to compare actions accomplished by companies with results published in other reports, as for example, the sustainability report. Starting from the exposed, this study has as objective to observe if exists alignment among elements quantified in the social balance and elements described in sustainability reports of Brazilian banks. Bu çalışmada kredi kurumları için bir kredi değerlendirme modeli geliştirilmiştir. Kredi taleplerinin değerlendirilmesi konusunda bankalar başta olmak üzere hemen hemen tüm kredi kurumlarının genelinde paket programlar kullanılmaktadır. Ancak bu paket programlar özellikle oran analizlerini kullanarak kredi çözümleri üretmeye yönelik geliştirilmişlerdir. Oysa mali tablolar analiz tekniklerinin birlikte kullanılması daha etkin sonuçlar verebilecektir. Geliştirilen bu model ile mali tablolar analiz tekniklerinden; karşılaştırmalı tablolar analizi, dikey analiz tekniği, oran analizleri ve nakit akım tablosu ayrı ayrı analiz edilmektedir. Daha sonra elde edilen sonuçların yorumlanmasıyla işletmenin bugünkü ve gelecek bakışıyla likidite, kârlılık, borç ödeme gücü gibi mali yapısı görülebilmektedir. Her analiz tekniği için ayrı bir puan hesaplanmış, oluşan tüm puanlar üzerinden tek bir kredi notu elde edilmiştir. Bütün bu işlemlerin ardından işletmenin kredi notu Puanlama Modeli tarafından otomatik hesaplanmakta ve Puanlama Modeli Ölçeği'ndeki kredi notuna karşılık gelen kararın önerilmesiyle süreç sona ermektedir.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Türk turizm sektörünü oluşturan Konaklama, Yiyecek ve İçecek Hizmeti Faaliyetleri, Seyahat Acentesi ve Tur Operatörlüğü Faaliyetleri ve Spor Faaliyetleri, Eğlence ve Dinlence Faaliyetleri alt sektörlerinin performanslarının oran analizi yöntemiyle karşılaştırılmasıdır. Bu kapsamda, Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB) sektör bilançolarından faydalanılarak alt sektörlerin 2012, 2013 ve 2014 yıllarına ait finansal tabloları kullanılarak her bir sektör için 25 oran hesaplanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Türk turizm alt sektörlerinin finansal performanslarının oran grupları arasında farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Likidite analizi sonuçları incelendiğinde en iyi performansın konaklama alt sektörüne ait olduğu belirlenmiştir. Varlık kullanım analizi bağlamında en iyi performansın yiyecek ve içecek hizmeti faaliyetleri alt sektörüne ait olduğu saptanmıştır. Nakit dönüşüm süresi bağlamında en iyi performansa sahip alt sektörün yiyecek ve içecek hizmeti faaliyetleri alt sektörü olduğu belirlenmiştir. Karlılık analizi bağlamında ise en iyi performans gösteren alt sektörün konaklama hizmetleri alt sektörü olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yine finansal yapı bağlamında alt sektörlerde ağırlıklı olarak kısa vadeli yabancı kaynağın tercih edildiği saptanmıştır.

As a result of analysis, it is determined that BIST tourism companies have more property, plant and equipment than accommodation and food service subsector. In addition, it is determined that tourism companies use mainly equity by financing their property plant and equipment. In the context of income statement, it is specified that tourism companies and subsector have almost same percentage of cost of sales and administrative expenses. Except that, while period profit of subsector %5, three of BIST tourism companies make loss. Besides that other seven tourism company have highly profit margin than accommodation and food service subsector. In this context, it is found that non-operating income or loses have more portion than sales in publicly traded tourism companies by generate profit or loses.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Türkiye'de ve Avrupa ülkelerinde faaliyet gösteren yiyecek içecek işletmelerinin likidite, finansal yapı, faaliyet verimliliği ve karlılık durumlarının karşılaştırmalı olarak oran analizi yöntemiyle incelenmesidir. Türkiye yiyecek içecek endüstrisine ilişkin veriler Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası'nın yayınladığı 2014-2016 dönemine ait endüstri ortalamalarından yararlanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Avrupa yiyecek içecek endüstrisine ait finansal oranların ortalamasının belirlenmesinde ise Avrupa'da faaliyet gösteren ve sağlıklı verilerine ulaşılan, 40 adet yiyecek içecek işletmesinin finansal durum ve kar-zarar tablolarından yararlanılmıştır. Analizde, oran analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda likidite, finansal yapı, faaliyet verimliliği ve karlılık durumları açısından Avrupa'daki yiyecek içecek endüstrisindeki işletmelerin Türkiye'deki yiyecek içecek endüstrisindeki işletmelerden daha iyi bir performans gösterdikleri belirlenmiştir.

Isletmeler, ekonominin buyumesiyle es zamanli olarak surekli buyume zorunlulugu icerisindedir. Holding catisi altinda olmanin buna katkisi olabilmektedir. Calismada holdinge bagli isletmeler ile holdinge bagli olmayan isletmelerin performanslari arasinda anlamli bir farklilik olup olmadigi finansal oranlar kullanilarak panel veri seti ve t-testi yontemi ile analiz edilmistir. Bulgular ozellikle verimlilik acisindan holding sirketlerinin pozitif olarak, kisa vadeli borc yonetiminde negatif olarak ayristigini ortaya koymaktadir. Holdinge bagli olmayan sirketler etkinlik dongusundeki verimsizligi kisa vadeli borc odemelerini oteleyerek azaltma yoluna gitmektedir. Ancak holdinge bagli firmalar nakit dongusunu daha kisa surede tamamlamaktadir. Sonuclar, holdinglerin ana kurulum amaclari olan kaynaklarin verimli dagilimi ve yonetimi hedeflerine ulastiklarini gostermektedir.

Bu çalışmanın amacı hisseleri Avrupa ve Türkiye borsalarında işlem gören konaklama şirketlerinin finansman yapılarının oran analizi yöntemiyle belirlenmesidir. Bu bağlamda Avrupa'daki borsalarda işlem gören 51 ve Türkiye'de Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören 12 konaklama şirketinin 2011-2012-2013 yıllarına ait finansal durum tablolarından faydalanılarak 10 adet finansal yapı oranı hesaplanmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen analizler sonucunda Türkiye'deki konaklama şirketlerinin ağırlıklı olarak öz kaynak ile finansmanı, buna karşın Avrupa'daki konaklama şirketlerinin yabancı kaynak ile finansmanı tercih ettikleri belirlenmiştir. Yabancı kaynağın vade yapısı incelendiğinde, Avrupa şirketleri uzun vadeli yabancı kaynak kullanımını tercih ederken Türk şirketlerinin kısa vadeli yabancı kaynağa ağırlık verdiği saptanmıştır. Son olarak Avrupa'daki şirketlerin finansal kiralamayı kullandıkları ancak Türk şirketlerinin finansal kiralamayı tercih etmedikleri belirlenmiştir.

The wine making sector is directly intertwined with viniculture, which has been known since ancient times. Nowadays, Greece offers outstanding value for its wines and there are many new varieties that will certainly expand the customer's palate. In order to explore the sector's potential, financial statements and ratio analysis is implemented. In this study, 14 financial ratios are estimated in order to examine the domestic wine sector. This sample consists of 51 domestic wine producing companies. The uniqueness of this analysis is based on the fact that the individual financial reports are edited and properly adjusted in order for a consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss account, representative of the sector, to be constructed. The wine sector's perspective seems conducive to better control regarding primarily operating expenses. The findings could aid producers in the Greek wine industry in providing them valuable considerations and guidelines. The wine market is considered as an enjoyable, collectible, tangible asset that has an exciting future.

Hem kâr amacı ön planda olan, hem de sosyal amacı ön planda olan kurumlar tarafından üretilen mali tablolar, ilgili kurumların ve yöneticilerin başarılarının temel göstergelerinden birini oluştururken aynı zamanda kaynakların etkin kullanımını da ortaya koyabilecek niteliktedir. Mali tablolara ilişkin analiz, kurumların geçmiş performanslarını ortaya koymakla birlikte, gelecekte yapılması gereken faaliyetlerin planlanmasında önemli bir işlevi yerine getirir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, uzun yıllardır kâr amaçlı kurumların analizinde kullanılan mali analiz tekniklerinin kamu kurumlarında da uygulanabilirliğini ortaya koymak ve ilgili kurumların mali analizi yapılarak mali yapıları ile ilgili mevcut durumu belirlemek ve geleceğe ilişkin öngörülerde bulunmaktır. Çalışma kapsamında, Pendik belediyesinin 2008-2012 yılları arasındaki bilanço ve bütçe sonuçları tabloları kullanılmıştır. Bu tablolara ilişkin analizler, yatay ve dikey analizi kapsamaktadır.

Fundamental analysis helps to evaluate the correct price of the shares. The shareholders can invest their money in the companies by making fundamental analysis. The main purpose of this analysis is to identify overpriced or underpriced securities. The fundamental analysis has a proper framework. For this research Top Down (Economic, Industry and Company Analysis) approach has been adopted. The Indian paint industry is growing in multifold. The innovation in products like friendly, odor free, and dust & water resistant paints have attracted large customers. The Paint industry has bright prospects in the coming year. Therefore the investments in Paint industry may results in profit. Two leading companies, Asian Paints Ltd & Berger Paints Ltd, listed in National Stock Exchange are chosen for the study. The analysis is carried out based on secondary data. The data collected from the reports published by RBI, Website of NSE, Annual Reports for the five year period of the both the Companies. Fundamental of both companies is carried out by EIC approach to determine the intrinsic value.

As for the Horizontal & Vertical analysis of the financial position of NMC in the year of 2016 we can notice that the total  been increased by 38%, this includes a tremendous increase in Loan Receivable 429% and making Intangible assets carrying the largest weight of 28% with 58% increase from last year. While in current assets, Bank balances and Cash had 305% increase weighing nearly 21% of the total current assets, this led to an increase of 90% from 2015.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, hisseleri Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören turizm şirketlerinin dikey analiz yöntemi ile finansal performanslarını ortaya koymak ve turizm sektörü ile bir karşılaştırma yapmaktır. Çalışmada, hisseleri Borsa İstanbul’da (BIST) işlem gören turizm şirketlerinin 2014 yılına ait finansal tabloları ve Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası (TCMB)’nın yayımladığı konaklama ve yiyecek hizmeti faaliyetleri alt sektörünün 2014 yılına ait finansal tabloları dikey analiz yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda halka açık turizm şirketlerinin sektörün geneline göre daha yüksek oranda maddi duran varlığa sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca turizm şirketlerinin maddi duran varlıklarını özkaynaklarla finanse ettiği belirlenmiştir. Gelir tablosuna bakıldığında ise halka açık turizm şirketlerinin genel olarak sektörle benzer yüzdelerde satışların maliyeti ve genel yönetim giderlerine sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Ancak sektörün %5 civarında bir dönem kârına sahip olduğu gözlemlenirken BİST turizm şirketlerinin üç tanesinin zarar ettiği, diğerlerinin ise sektöre göre çok daha yüksek kâr oranına sahip oldukları saptanmıştır. Buna göre halka açık turizm şirketlerinin dönem kârı ya da zararının oluşmasında satışlardan çok faaliyet dışı gelir ve giderlerinin payının olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
