The purpose of this paper is to analyze the promotion process of academic conferences through social media and use simulation models to modelize that analysis. The reason the paper was created, is to provide this optimal solution to all those seeking how to promote academic conferences effectively through social media. With the increase of shareholding in organizing events, the environment has become very complex. The Conference Organizing Committee is challenged to define a wide range of factors, in order to better serve the needs and objectives of the Conference. The main topic of this research is the study and modeling of the scientific dimension of Academic Conferences. We studied and recorded the basic procedures that govern the organization of scientific conferences. These are the procedures that affect the way that scientific conferences are conducted and eventually of course, the success or failure of those. Our research is engaged in the scientific aspect of these conferences, as the majority of the participants are scientifically renowned academics.

Multiple constituents make up a relationship network that constitutes the vital resource needed to fulfil the mission of a business. The company strategy and business requirements are combined to fulfil the requirements for IT: an ongoing process that helps to build a picture of the target architecture, designing implementation plans and managing the process of putting plans into action. Right from the start, the toolkit must enable management of the company [19] in a spherical way and include every aspect of the company architecture: processes, business organization and IT structures, as well as software support. Yet it also has to be introduced in reached stages so that it can deliver tangible success. Business departments, senior management, and IT teams all have to be convinced for the significance of the Strategic Leadership Model in success.

In the research we conducted on this paper, we focus on the significant role that the IS function plays in the complete strategic management. Based on the requirements of the IS strategic role, an important planning system indicates the major factors which are identified to evolve a Dynamic Simulation Model of IS. At this point, the effectiveness of IS design is proved by the complete support, provided by IS in strategic management. Additionally, this model is tested through the results that arise by using information from companies, in order to estimate the importance of the design factors of different systems, presumed to affect IS design efficiency. This paper is based on two cases. The first one is that official IS-based planning systems play a predominant role in the capacity of organizational improvement. Although the role of other factors is not discounting, we believe that formalized systems play a determinant role in providing mechanism to reclaim such advantages. The second case is that the operational role of the IS [18] has changed. The IS constitute, in our days, a general management tool.

In this paper, we studied and recorded the procedures that are applied to the publications of scientific conferences, which affect the pattern and the success or failure of the conference. Our study deals with conferences of scientific nature, as the participants are highly qualified and recognized academics.

This paper investigates on the types of information used by managers and entrepreneurs, so as to conduct market research and to evaluate market potential. . The authors examine five major sets of variables to understand their impact on firms' information market search effort. Empirical results based on a survey of Greek enterprises provide support for these factors in predicting firms' market information acquisition. Findings on structural and administrative characteristics of the firms support the notion that companies engaged in greater market information search and evaluation of market potential tend to develop and implement complex penetration and development market strategies, in order to maximize their business performance in the examined market.

The purpose of research paper is to investigate the possibility of constructing an application for disabled people, which will be available in the AppStore. The mainly visual aspect, which has been studied, is whether it is feasible to implement such an idea from an enterprise aspect. This paper utilizes the systems dynamic paradigm in order to develop a sustainable business modeling, and a system to implement iThink models. These models concern a company that manufactures applications for people with disabilities and have been tested at the University. The modeling development was complete after the successful simulation, examination and evaluation of these models. We have implemented a dynamic system concept for modeling sustainability and produces models of different dimensions of sustainability, based on real data. During the modeling of a sustainable enterprise that was carried out, the concepts and the principles investigated, developed and validated are applicable to most enterprises.
