Cai E led the national protection movement, broke the dream of Yuan Shikai's emperor, and was hailed as "the first person to recreate the Republic of China". However, his attitude toward Yuan Shikai experienced the rejection, acceptance, support and gradual change with the change of Yuan Shikai's political inclination, disappointed to the process of opposition. This process reflects the commonality between those, and there are many differences in the way of doing things, political concepts and status. These similarities and differences run through those attitudes towards Yuan Shikai's attitude, reflecting the profound impact of the collision of traditional culture and western culture on the personal and national destiny of the early Republic of China.

The Canglangting Garden was first built by Su Shunqin in the Northern Song Dynasty and underwent frequent changes in the following four dynasties: Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing. The theme of "Canglang" and its connection with Su Shunqin also disappeared and emerged in history, and gradually became prominent after the renovation of Canglangting Garden by Song Luo during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. During the period from 1950 to 1990，a lot of water conservancy projects，such as the Guanting Reservoir，the Zhuwo Reservoir，and the Sanjiadian Sluice Gate，were constructed on the Yongding River． These projects satisfied the demands of urban development and the residents’livelihoods，guaranteed the safety of the lower reaches of the river，and eliminated the possibility of floods． However，they led to the degradation of the ecological environment in the Yongding River Basin． A large proportion of surface water was intercepted，resulting in the decrease of runoff downstream，until the river dried up． The nature of the river has changed and the riverbed has become rough． The groundwater has been over －exploited，resulting in a decrease in the depth to the water table． Land desertification occurred，forming a sand source，and sandstorm disasters intensified． Finally，the Yongding River has gone from having a high amount of water to having a shortage of water，and from being dominated by floods to being dominated by sandstorms．

Under the background of the new time, the central government has proposed a major strategy for the construction of world-class universities and world-class disciplines (referred to as "Double First-Class"), which is a milestone in the construction of universities in China. The overall goal is to promote a group of universities to enter the world's popular list, and to improve the level of personnel training, scientific research, social services and innovation in colleges and universities is the key to the Double First-Class constructions of universities. As a public basic course in universities, the physics experiment course directly reflects the school's educational philosophy and standards, affects the quality of school personnel training, and occupies an irreplaceable position in basic education. Objetivo: Avaliar os resultados clínicos dos doentes com glaucoma secundário à Polineuropatia Amiloidótica Familiar (PAF) submetidos a implante de válvula de Ahmed no Serviço de Oftalmologia do CHP entre Novembro de 2010 e Fevereiro de 2015. Material e Métodos: Estudo retrospetivo de 37 doentes (47 olhos) com o follow-up mínimo de 6 meses. Definiu-se sucesso cirúrgico relativo como pressão intraocular (PIO) ≥6 mmHg e ≤21 mmHg ou redução de 20% da PIO, com ou sem medicação ou reoperação. Sucesso cirúrgico absoluto foi definido como a obtenção dos mesmos resultados, mas sem recurso a medicação ou cirurgia adicional. Foram analisadas variáveis demográficas, PIO no 1º dia, 1ª e 2ª semanas, 1º, 2º, 3º e 6º meses, 1º ano e à data da última consulta, acuidade visual pré e 1 mês após cirurgia, número de anti-glaucomatosos pré e pós cirurgia, entre outras.
