Marrou, Libertarian candidate for president, brought his anti-tax, less- government message to Chicago Tuesday, along with barbed comments about his rivals.

On the issues, Marrou advocates: Repealing the personal income tax and abolishing the IRS. With more money in their pockets, Americans would start spending and the economy would improve, he said. Reducing government regulation: "You know, the two major reasons American companies go to other countries like, say, Mexico, is not because of the cheap Mexican labor. …
