Months ago I have downloaded the:

The version I have are the following:

It seems to me that I have a discrepancy between my version and the latest updated version (see the Details + support tab on the links):

So are my Apps updated or not?

Because the only option seems like click on "Get it now".

This will disrupt the flow of our company as a new app will be created and all my colleagues are going to lose the link to it.

What should I do?

Reset to default

I had to go to the 3 dots and Edit:

Then I could see the Update app button:

The hate is big in me now.
