For problems that are specifically related to the Google Chrome browser and its rendering/behavior.
Chromium-related issues (except Microsoft Edge) can also be reported here, though Chromium-based browsers other than Chrome and Edge are not officially supported.
It's more a general issue -- WikiEditor suffers from the same thing, though admittedly you can fall back on just alt-p there if you ignore the tooltip.

Alt-Shift-X is apparently the keyboard shortcut to go to the next tab group. It doesn't do anything if you don't have any tab groups. Good luck finding any documentation about that, I only found it in the source code: https://github.com/chromium/chromium/blob/3722c4e4b4f82548d80953787525cafcf376d8cf/chrome/browser/ui/views/accelerator_table.cc#L256 and verified that it works on my Edge browser (Chromium 139).
I tried it on everything in the main menu and it didn't work -- z, x, r. Testing it with others elsewhere now, that might have been an unlucky sampling.
Does this affect all keyboard shortcuts, or just this one? I can reproduce the problem with Alt-Shift-X (on Chromium 139), but both Alt-Shift-H and Alt-H work to navigate to page history. Maybe they just added some hidden feature that took over Alt-Shift-X, or something like that?

@Xeverything11 I think you are misunderstanding the goal of : https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Compatibility
This is a guideline and this bug is well within guidelines and has previously been discussed and is known.
The color and underlining is older browsers are not the same as in newer browsers. They are not coherent with the Wikimedia user interface.
