NOTE: this can wait until Jon is back from extended leave.

Background

October 29th we plan to enable dark mode for anonymous users on all Wikimedia projects.

User story

Requirements

  • We address the majority of problems for the top 500 articles on all projects with over 5 million page views to ensure that dark mode is at least as accessible as light mode.
  • We will attempt to fix the top 100 articles on all projects with over 0.5 million page views to ensure that dark mode is at least as accessible as light mode.
  • Communities will be notified about the release.
