The method for wireless communication comprises: when a first event is satisfied, a terminal device executing a preset behavior, wherein the first event is related to a cell reselection process, and the preset behavior comprises a behavior of the terminal device triggering cell reselection before a cell reselection condition is met.

对于处于RRC空闲态或RRC非激活态的终端设备而言,在进行小区重选的评估过程中,终端设备还需要确定终端设备所处的速度状态。作为一种实现方式,终端设备的速度状态可以包括三类:普通速度状态,中等速度状态,高速度状态。不同的速度状态是根据终端设备在一定时间内发生的小区重选次数决定的。在一些实施例中,如果终端设备处于中等速度状态或高速度状态,则终端设备还需要对参数TreselectionRAT和Qhyst进行缩放处理,以适应终端设备的速度状态。引入基于速度状态的参数缩放机制,有利于缓解不同速度对终端设备的小区重选过程的差异化影响。For terminal devices in the RRC idle or RRC inactive state, the cell reselection evaluation process also requires determining the terminal device's speed state. 针对上述问题,发明人发现,之所以终端设备在评估邻小区是否满足小区重选条件的过程中会短暂失去覆盖是因为,终端设备在评估邻小区是否满足小区重选的过程中,终端设备的服务小区的小区测量结果可能已经不满足小区驻留准则(即S准则),导致终端设备失去覆盖。但是,目前小区重选的条件是邻小区必须满足对应的小区重选条件后,终端设备才能触发重选到目标邻小区的行为,忽略了服务小区的小区测量结果可能在小区重选条件评估期间不满足小区驻留准则,从而导致重选进程中断。中断发生后,终端设备只能重新搜索满足小区驻留准则的小区进行驻留,而重新搜索小区的过程意味着终端设备有一段额外的时间无法接收寻呼消息,增加了漏呼发生的概率,降低了用户体验。因此,本申请实施例提出,终端设备可以在邻小区满足对应小区重选条件之前触发小区重选,以便于终端设备可以在失去覆盖之前从服务小区重选至邻小区,从而有利于降低漏呼的概率,提升用户体验。To address the aforementioned issues, the inventors discovered that the reason a terminal device temporarily loses coverage during the process of evaluating whether a neighboring cell meets the cell reselection criteria is that, during this evaluation, the cell measurement results of the terminal device's serving cell may no longer meet the cell retention criterion (i.e., the S criterion), leading to a loss of coverage. Therefore, this application proposes that the terminal device can trigger cell reselection before the neighboring cell meets the corresponding cell reselection criteria, allowing the terminal device to reselect from the serving cell to the neighboring cell before losing coverage, thereby reducing the probability of missed calls and improving user experience.
