[실험예 1] 피부 냉각 효과[Experimental Example 1] Skin cooling effect

본 발명의 온도감소 효과를 평가하기 위해 제품을 시험부위(하박내측, 3cm*3cm)에 18um 도포한 뒤 골고루 펴 바른 후 시험 부의의 피부온도(전, 후)를 적외선 카메라로 촬영하였다. 본 발명 사용 후 피부 온도는 즉시 측정 시 26.5℃에서 24.7℃로 약 6.7% 감소하는 것으로 나타남에 따라 시험 제품 사용후 즉각적인 피부 감소 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 1분 동안 쿨링감이 점점 세지면서 약 1분 후, 피부 온도를 측정하였을 시 피부 온도는 24.4℃로 가장 쿨링감이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 이후 쿨링감은 약해지면서 약 15분간 지속되는 것으로 확인되었다. 제품의 사용 후 보습 개선 효능을 평가하기 위해 시험 부위를 미온수로 세정하고, 10분간 항온항습실(22±2℃, 40~60% RH)에서 대기한 뒤, 시험 부위의 피부 수분도(전)을 측정하고, 제품을 시험 부위(하박내측, 2cm*2cm)에 8um 적용한 뒤 고르게 펴 바른 후, 미온수로 세정한 뒤 10분간 항온항습실에서 대기한 뒤, 피부 수분도(후)를 측정하였다. 3회 측정값의 평균을 이용하여 피부 수분도의 변화율을 산출한 뒤, 사용 전 값과 비교 평가하였다. (측정기기: Epsilon (BiOX, England)) 평가 결과, 피부 수분도 증감률(%)은 약 155.8%로 나타남에 따라, 보습 개선 효과가 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제품의 8시간 보습 지속력을 평가하기 위해 시험 30분 전 시험 부위를 미온수로 세정하고, 10분간 항온항습실(22±2℃, 40~60% RH)에서 대기한 뒤, 시험 부위의 무도포 시 피부 수분도를 각각 3회씩 측정하고 제품을 시험 부위(하박내측, 2cm*2cm)에 8um 적용한 뒤 고르게 펴 바른 후, 제품 적용 직후, 2시간, 4시간 및 8시간 후의 피부 수분도를 위와 같은 방법으로 측정하였다.
