The invention is related to a temperature alert apparatus (1) intended to be used by being thrown into the liquid container (A) in order to give an alert about the temperature value of the liquid nutrient (B) in the livestock industry, which comprises a container (10), a control unit (22), a temperature measuring element (23) in communication with the mentioned control unit (22), a power supply (27) and an alert element (21) in communication with the mentioned control unit (22), and a system comprising this apparatus.
