Abstract

[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The information display section (2) is divided into the front side display section (4) and the back side display section (5), a band portion (3) can form a winding ring by tucking the free end portion (3C) toward a folding line (6) between the front side display section (4) and the back side display section (5), and the size of the winding ring can be adjusted arbitrarily by adjusting the tucking length of the free end portion (3C) at the band portion (3). The information display section (2) is divided into the front side display section (4) and the back side display section (5) of the same area and size such that they can be folded at the folding line (6) between them, and the band portion (3) deforms such that the free end portion (3C) can be tucked between the front side display section (4) and the back side display section (5) toward the folding line (6) to form a winding ring which can be wound around limbs.
