Abstract

This invention provides nucleic acid and amino acid sequences encoding desulfoglucosinolate sulfotransferases (DSG-STs). DSG-STs are enzymes involved in glucosinolate biosynthesis in plants. Also provided are methods for modulating glucosinolate biosynthesis and genetically modified plants having a modulated endogenous level of glucosinolate.
