Another embodiment, not shown because the figures are the same as FIGS. 1-18, is the same as FIGS. 1-18 except the different stippling indicates a contrast in color, wherein the light stippling represents one color and the dark stippling represents a contrasting color as represented by the degree of contrast shown in the drawings, and is not intended to represent any particular color or combination of colors.
