Abstract

A blast furnace 1 cooling device contains a path of steam turbine 11, which exploits the low boiling liquid as the working fluid. The cooling device contains capacitor 17, pump 15, evaporator 8 and vapor superheater 9 of the working fluid, which are disposed after the steam turbine 11, connected with pipelines 16 and installed in series along the working fluid. A heat exchanger 8 of loop water cooling of blast furnace is included in the turbine circuit 11 as the evaporator 8 of working fluid. A heat exchanger of the evaporative cooling systems 9 is included in the turbine circuit as a vapor superheater 9 of the working fluid. A capacitor 17 of the working body is mounted on the pipe 19 of feeding chemically treated water on the deaerator, which is set in the system of evaporative cooling 20, connected with steam lines 26 and pipeline 23 of the feedwater supply to the drum-separator 25. The blower 12 of cold air blowing of blast furnace 1 air heaters 2 is installed on the shaft of the steam turbine 11.
