1341889 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於導電布的技術領域’尤指具有低表面電阻 且經顏色塗佈之防污導電布,及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 現有導電布一般係將布料進行無電解電鍍以形成金屬化 織物,當電鍍銅時導電布外觀呈金屬銅色、鍍銅鍍鎳呈銀 灰色、鍍銀呈銀白色或鍍金呈金色。導電布柔軟、光滑且 透氣’並具有重量輕及易裁剪等優點。然而,由於導電布 之表面金屬化的結果,導電布無法使用一般布料之染色技 術染色,相較於顏色多樣化的一般布料,導電布的外觀單 調且在應用上的限制較大。 此外,由於導電布之表面層為銅、鎳、銀或金等金屬, 今易文到使用環境的溫、溼度影響,且於作業時易受到手 痕或其他接觸影響’造成氧化、手痕、外觀污染或表面電 阻升高等缺陷。 白知有以t氨酯樹脂或壓克力樹脂等添加導電碳黑後塗 佈於導電布上’成為具有黑色導電性塗層之導電布。由於 所塗故黑厚度厚’且碳黑導電性為約1 Ω至約1 000 Ω,使 得〃、有反黑塗層之導電布無法保持原來導電布之低表面電 阻° 一般而言’導電布之表面電阻為約0.007 Ω/□至約1Ω 口 此外’兔黑之黑色度不足以顯現亮麗的黑色度,更 甚者為,、有單一之黑色選擇,對產品應用的選擇有極大的 限制。 J 13856.doc 1341889 由於現有導電布具有顏色限制及易受環境影響等缺失, 實有加以改良的必要。 【發明内容】 為了改善上述現有導電布的限制及缺弊,本發明之主要 目的在於提供一種可以在其上形成顏色、可防止人為或環 境影響其特性,並保持原有低表面電阻的導電布。
本發明之另一目的係提供一種經顏色塗佈之防污導電布 的製造方法,其包含下列步驟:提供一以天然纖維或人造 纖維織成且包含一金屬層之導電布;及於該導電布之金屬 層上形成至少一有色樹脂塗層;其特徵在於該樹脂塗層表 面不超過導電布之經緯向紗線的交叉凸點。 【實施方式】 在本發明具體貝施態樣中,經顏色塗佈之防污導電布的 製造方法包含以下步驟:提供一以天然纖維或人造纖維織 成之布料;利用無電解電鍵於該布料纟面均勾嫂上一金屬
層’成為具導電性之導電布;將顏料與樹脂調製成一有色 樹脂塗佈配方;及於導電布之金屬層上塗佈至少—有色 樹脂之薄塗層’例如塗佈一至四層以調整塗層之顏色深 淺’每層塗層係塗佈於布料之凹點區域,但不超過布料之 經緯向紗線的交又凸點。 上述方法所使用之天然纖維可為任何天然纖維,例如租 不限於棉、麻、絲或毛;人造纖維可為任何人造纖維,例 如但不限於«纖維、尼龍纖維、以、纖維㈣克力殲 1l3856.doc 1341889 上述無電解電鏟法係熟習此項技術者所熟知者,其中所 使用之金屬可為任何導電性良好之金屬,例如但不限於 銅、鎳、銀、金或其合金。
上述方法所使用的顏料可為具有任何顏色之染料,如黑 色碳黑、有機黑' &、藍、綠、金等顏料或由任何需要之 顏色的染料調製而得,其用量為樹脂塗佈配方之約】%至 約20%。樹脂可為溶劑型或水性樹脂,例如但不限於聚氨 -樹月B聚®曰細知、壓克力樹脂、乳膠樹脂或矽利康樹 月S,其用1:為樹脂塗佈配方之約丨〇%至約70%^ 在本發月之較佳實施態樣中,樹脂塗佈配方可視需要添 加架橋劑,例如但不限於異氰酸酯(is〇cyanate)或三聚氪胺 (mine)其用量為樹脂塗佈配方之約ι❶/❶至約丨;及 溶劑,例如但不限於曱苯⑽、丁酮(⑽吻以⑽ ketone」MEK)、二甲基曱醯胺(dimethylf。隱…执 dmf), 其用量為樹脂塗佈配方之約3〇%至6〇%,以將樹脂塗佈配 方稀釋至約1000 cps至約20000 cps之黏度。 在上述方法中,塗佈有色樹脂之薄塗層的方法係熟習此 員技術者所熟知者,例如但不限於刮刀塗佈方式H羅 土佈方式、噴塗噴灑方式或浸漬壓吸搭配刮刀將多餘表 面樹脂刮除方式等以形成薄塗層。 '、 在本發明之較佳實施態樣中,刮刀塗佈方式可以懸浮式 k佈以精確控制各塗層的塗佈量。在本發明方法之 較佳實施態樣中’刀具可為J型刀或U型77,刀厚度為約 _至約5議’刀具下壓導電布接觸面約0.5咖至約 H3856.doc 2〇 mm,1次塗佈量為約0.1 g/M2至約8 g/M2,且塗佈後以 約80°C至約! 6(TC,烘乾約1分鐘至約3分鐘。 本發明另提供一種經顏色塗佈之防污導電布,其包含一 以天然纖維或人造纖維織成且包含一金屬層之導電布,及 至少一有色樹脂塗層以刮刀方式塗佈於該導電布之金屬層 上’其中該樹脂塗層表面不超過導電布之經緯向紗線的交 又凸點。該導電布於塗佈有色樹脂塗層前的表面電阻為約 0-007 Ω /□至約〇· 1 Ω /□’而於塗佈有色樹脂塗層後的表面 電阻為約0.007Ω/□至約0.1Ω/口。 本發明係利用低塗佈量塗佈,且多次塗佈均不超過導電 布之經緯紗交叉凸點的技術,以於導電布之單面或雙面塗 佈所需的顏色’使得導電布呈現具有均勻顏色且色度深之 外觀,導電布之表面金屬層由於薄樹脂塗層之保護而不會 受到人為或環境影響其外觀及導電性能,且經顏色塗佈之 導電布表面仍然具有與原導電布相同之導電性能,不會因 為塗佈塗層過厚而使其表面電阻升高。 本發明導電布具有有色外觀、人為或環境污染防止及低表 面電阻等特性。本發明之導電布經由塗佈或貼合導電感壓膠 或熱熔膠後,可成為導電布膠帶、導電布泡棉或導電布概 塾’且具有防轄射 '防靜電等特性,可以防止由電子機器 泡漏之電磁波影響自身或其他電子機器而產生誤動作。 以下實〜例iT、用於對本發明作進_步說明,唯非用以限 制本發明之範圍。任何熟悉此項技藝之人士可輕易達成之 修倚及改變均包括於本案說明#揭示内容及所附中請專利 113856.doc 1341889 範圍之範圍内。 實施例1:經顏色塗佈之防污導電布的製備 進行下列步驟以製得經顏色塗佈之防污導電布: 織布:以聚酯纖維織成具有經向5〇丹尼m纖維數、緯 向50_丹尼/72纖維數、經向密度152條/英叶及緯向密度124 條/英叶,及厚度為〇· 1 mm的平織布料。 無電解電鑛:將該布料經過精練洗淨、熱定型、表面粗 化及表®調整|,進行無電解電錢銅㈣以將布料金屬 化; 其中無電解電鍍係技藝人士熟知的製程,其包含以下步 驟’活化:在贿下,將布料於包含氣化把刚叫儿、氣 化亞錫10 g/L及鹽酸100 ml/L之溶液中浸潰3分鐘,然後完 全洗淨;接著速化:在45t下,將布料於鹽醆⑹几中 浸漬3分鐘,然後完全洗淨;之後進行無電解鍍銅:在 °c下,將布料於包含硫酸銅10 g/L、甲醛7 5 、氫氧 化鈉8 g/L、乙二胺四醋酸四鈉鹽(ethy]ene出⑽― tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt; EDTA-4Na)30 g/L及安定 劑0.25 m】/L之溶液中浸潰20分鐘,以於布料上均勻鍍上金 屬銅25克/M2 ’然後完全洗淨;接著進行無電解錄錄··在 4〇°C下,將布料於包含硫酸鎳22 5 g/L、次亞磷酸鈉】8 g/L、檸檬酸鈉〇」M/L及氨水2〇 m/l之溶液中浸潰^分 鐘,以於布料上均勻鍍上金屬鎳5克/M2,然後完全洗淨, 最後進行烘乾,以製得銀灰色導電布。 以 JIS K-7I94,Mitsubish Loresta MCP-T600進行四點探 D3856.doc J0 1341889 針測試法,將測試探針放於布料的表面測試表面電阻;測 得所製得之銀灰色導電布具有約〇,〇3 D /□的表面電阻。 製備樹脂塗佈配方:將二液型聚氨酯樹脂丨〇〇克、異氰 酸酯9克、丁酮50克、黑色碳黑5克及黑色顏料5克(其中黑 色顏料包含32°/。碳黑、3%分散劑、20%壓克力樹脂及45〇/〇 載體)混合以形成底部塗佈配方,其黏度為約5〇〇〇 cps ;及 將一液型聚氣S旨樹脂100克 '異氣酸酯3克、丁酮5〇克、専 色石厌黑1 0克及黑色顏料1 〇克(其中黑色顏料包含3 2 %碳黑、 3%分散劑、20。/。壓克力樹脂及45%載體)混合以形成面料塗 佈配方,其黏度為約4〇〇〇 Cp。 刮刀塗佈:以懸浮式機台將調製好的樹脂塗佈配方塗佈 於導電布之金屬層上,其中該機台使用刀厚度2 刀,刀具下壓導電布接觸面2 mm之條件。先以底部塗佈配 方於導電布上塗佈約5克/M2,覆蓋布料之凹點區域,但不 超過布料之經緯向紗線的交叉凸點,接著以約l2〇<t供烤 約1分鐘,再以面料塗佈配方塗佈約5克/M2於布料之凹點 區域上,同樣不超過布料之經緯向紗線的交又凸點, ” 丹 約120°c烘烤約1分鐘,以形成經顏色塗佈之防污導電布。 比較例1 :經碳黑塗佈之防污導電布的製備 同實施例1之織布及無電解電鍍步驟以形成具有約〇 Ω/□的表面電阻之銀灰色導電布,接著於導電 *人^么屬 層上塗佈包含導電碳黑之樹脂塗佈配方。首弁 s〆 尤以包含二 液型聚氨酯樹脂100克、丁酮50克、異氰酸酯9克及導電护 黑5克’且黏度約5〇〇〇 cps之底部樹脂塗料配方,於導電布 113856.doc 11 1341889 上形成一底部塗層’接著以包含一液型聚氨酯樹脂1 〇〇 克、丁酮50克、異氰酸酯3克及導電碳黑1〇克,且黏度約 4000 Cps之面料樹脂塗料配方,於導電布上形成一表面塗 層,底部塗層及面料塗層之乾膜總厚度為約〇 〇8 mm,以 製得經碳黑塗佈之灰黑色防污導電布。 表I列出實施例1與比較例丨所製得導電布及未經塗佈之
導電布的布料顏色、布料厚度、表面電阻、防污性能及屏 蔽性能。 防污性能係以裁剪經向及緯向10公分xl0公分之導電布 料測試樣,測試手痕對於材料表面污染性及殘留痕跡,其 中〇:幾乎無污染痕跡’△:少許污染痕跡,及x:污染 痕跡非常嚴重)。
