ИЗДЕЛИЙPRODUCTS
1 Изобретение огнрсигс к стекольной промышленности, а именно к производств тонкостенных химико-ла бораторных изделий , и может быть использовано на заводах по их изготовлению. Известен состав стекла дл изготовле НИН химико-лабораторных изделий, содержащий , мас%: Si02 71,5-73,5; 1,8-3,2; CaO 6-7; NOgO 13,5-14,5 MofO 2-3; O,8-2,2 и Se 0,30 ,5..Это стекло обладает хорошими варочными и выработочными свойствами, имее достаточно высокую химическую стойкост к действию воды и растворов сол ной кислоты tl. Недостатком этого стекла вл етс низка устойчивость при обработка на стеклодувной горелке.. Кроме того, на его варку 1ребуютс остродефицитные и весьма дорогосто щие сырьевые Материалы - борна кислота и селен. Все это значительно повышает сёбестоимость готовых изделий и увеличивает выход брака. Наиболее близким к изобретенто вл етс состав стекла дл химико-лаборапфных изделий, содержащий, мас.%: SiQ 60-75; ЛКзОз 3-1О-, СаО + Мс 6-15; t2-l8; KjO 0-5 и BaD Недостаткам известного состава вл етс большое содержание СаО, что приводит к снижегапо стойкости в сои ной к{к;лоте и устойчивости la стеклодувной горелке. Цель изо етени - повышение стойкости к сол ной кислоте и устойчивости при обработке на стеклодувной горелке. Цель достигаетс тем, что стекло дл химико-лабораторных изделий, включакщее , , СвО, Мс, N«2 и KjO, содержит F 1фи следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: StOj 70,2-70,7 /(20з 3,О-3,4 2,2-2,6 7,0-7,5 2,1-2,5 13,,3 0,7-1,2 0,2-O,25 Q качесгве сьфь дл варкн стекол примен ют как реактивные, так refXHHческие сьфьевые материалы.
