Description

м.1 The invention relates to the manufacture of plastic products, namely layered three-layer structures, and can be used in furniture industry, shipbuilding, construction in the manufacture of special furniture, light fences, bulkheads, doors, etc. designs. . The purpose of the invention is to reduce the warping of three-layer panels. Example 1. 50 pieces of one batch of decorative paper-layered planes (DBSP) were made. experienced panels on the hanger. three stage temperature conditions and 48 pcs. control panels in a known manner. Experienced panels are prepared by pouring a foam of a urethane composition onto a stand, n heated, up to 40 ° C. Hold the panel at this temperature for 4-6 minutes. Then, for 10–15 minutes, the temperature of the stand plates is raised to and maintained at this temperature for 35 minutes, including the time for the temperature to rise to 35 m for forming the panels. Then, the stand was cooled with water of circulating water supply up to 20-30 ° С (in the following examples, the temperature directives for obtaining panels are abbreviated, for example, 45 ° - 2 40®- 60-20, etc.). 41 Example 2. 58 panels were manufactured using the stepped three-stage temperature regime 40–60 ° –20 °. In the first stage, their molding is carried out at 40 ° C for 4-6 minutes, in the second - at 35 minutes and in the third - the panels are cooled to 20-25 ° C. The output of panels with warping up to 1 mm / running meter is 50%. Example 3. According to the stepwise three-stage temperature regime of 45 ° 20, 54 panels were manufactured. In the first stage, their molding is carried out for 4-5 minutes, in the second - at 30 minutes and in the third - the panels are cooled to 25 -. The output panels with warping up to 1 mm / linear meter are 79.4%. Example 4, According to a stepped three-stage temperature regime of 20 °, 20 experienced and 20 control panels were obtained by a known method. In the first stage, the molding of the experimental panels is carried out at 35 ° C for 6-8 minutes, in the second - at 20 minutes, then the panels are cooled to 30-35 0. The output of the panels with warping up to 1 mm / running meter is 55 %, control panel output 15%. The maximum distortion of the experimental panels was 1.47 mm / running meter, the controls - 3.73 mm / running meter.
