Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a resin impregnated paper, the method comprising the steps of:a) providing a lignin enriched pulp suspension;b) forming a wet web by applying the lignin enriched pulp suspension on a wire; c) dewatering and drying the wet web to obtain a paper substrate; and d) subjecting the paper substrate to resin impregnation to obtain a resin impregnated paper.
