Abstract

FIELD: civil engineering, ship and aircraft construction. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for manufacture of various structures of panels with honeycomb aggregate. Honeycomb is formed from flat sheet corrugated in longitudinal and lateral directions to create corrugation faces in the form of rectangles or in the form of rectangles and parallelograms alternating in longitudinal direction. Each longitudinal rib of corrugation is provided with through slots made with constant spacing which have of straight lines or hexagons when honeycomb aggregate is developed on to plane with each slot crossing three faces straight to form one lateral corrugation and is fitted with partitions arranged in spaces between slots in each longitudinal rib. Length of each partition is equal to one face of lateral corrugation. Slots in adjacent ribs of longitudinal corrugations are made with displacement of half-spacing of their positioning on rib. When honeycomb aggregate is manufactured from development with rectilinear slots rectangular faces of lateral corrugation interjoined by partitions are interlinked in pairs and angles between them in all such pairs amount to 0 deg. When honeycomb aggregate is manufactured from development with hexagonal slots rectangular faces of lateral corrugations are not interlinked, angles between them in all pairs are equal and mount from 60 to 120 deg. Lateral dimension of hexagonal slots and angles mentioned above are selected mutually dependent so that end faces of cells of honeycomb aggregate are located on one plane with ribs of longitudinal corrugations. EFFECT: simplified design, increased productivity of industrial technology of manufacture of multilayer panels with honeycomb aggregate, expanded structural variety of panels and other articles having honeycomb aggregate, reduced production cost of panels. 2 cl, 11 dwg

Предлагаемое изобретение относится к строительству, судо- и авиастроению, мебельной и другим отраслям промышленности, и может быть использовано при производстве различных конструкций панелей с сотовым заполнителем. Задача, решаемая изобретением, - упрощение и повышение производительности промышленной технологии изготовления многослойных панелей с сотовым заполнителем, расширение конструктивного разнообразия панелей и других сотозаполненных изделий, снижение их себестоимости. Решение этой задачи обеспечивается тем, что у сотового заполнителя, образованного из плоской листовой развертки, гофрированной в продольном и поперечном направлениях с образованием граней гофр в виде прямоугольников или в виде чередующихся в продольном направлении прямоугольников и параллелограммов, каждое продольное ребро гофр снабжено выполненными с постоянным шагом сквозными прорезями, имеющими при развертке сотового заполнителя на плоскость форму соответственно прямых линий или шестиугольников с пересечением каждой прорезью подряд трех граней, составляющих одну поперечную гофру, и также снабжено перемычками, расположенными в промежутках между прорезями в каждом продольном ребре, с длиной каждой перемычки, равной одной грани поперечных гофр, причем прорези в смежных ребрах продольных гофр выполнены со смещением на половину шага их расположения на ребре. При изготовлении заполнителя из развертки с прямолинейными прорезями соединенные между собой перемычками прямоугольные грани поперечных гофр попарно сомкнуты между собой и углы между ними во всех парах составляют О°. При изготовлении заполнителя из развертки с шестиугольными прорезями прямоугольные грани поперечных гофр не сомкнуты и углы между ними во всех парах равны и составляют от 60 до 120°. The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that for a honeycomb core formed from a flat sheet sweep corrugated in the longitudinal and transverse directions with the formation of corrugation faces in the form of rectangles or in the form of rectangles and parallelograms alternating in the longitudinal direction, each longitudinal rib of the corrugations is provided with a constant pitch through the slots, which, when sweeping the honeycomb filler onto the plane, are in the form of, respectively, straight lines or hexagons with each slot intersecting the order of three faces that make up one transverse corrugation, and is also equipped with jumpers located in the spaces between the slots in each longitudinal rib, with the length of each bridge equal to one face of the transverse corrugations, and the cuts in adjacent ribs of the longitudinal corrugations are offset by half their location on the edge. In the manufacture of aggregate from a reamer with rectilinear slits, the rectangular faces of the transverse corrugations connected by jumpers are closed in pairs and the angles between them in all pairs are O °. In the manufacture of aggregate from a reamer with hexagonal slots, the rectangular faces of the transverse corrugations are not closed and the angles between them in all pairs are equal and range from 60 to 120 °. The transverse size of the hexagonal slots and the above angles are chosen interdependently so that the ends of the sieve aggregate cells are located on the same surface as the ribs of the longitudinal corrugations.
