Способ изготовления композиционного материала относится к порошковой металлургии и может быть использован для изготовления деталей машин, например форсунок и др., а также абразивного и лезвийного режущего инструмента. Способ изготовления композиционного материала заключается в том, что в порошок алюминия вводят порошок алмаза. Полученную смесь подвергают прессованию и спеканию до получения 3 - 6 об.% пористости. Затем поверхность изделия подвергают оксидированию методом МДО.
