Изобретение относится к фармацевтической, парфюмерной и пищевой промышленностям и касается способов получения жирных масел из растительного сырья, в частности из плодов и жома крыжовника.The invention relates to the pharmaceutical, perfumery and food industries and relates to methods for producing fatty oils from plant materials, in particular from fruits and gooseberry pulp.
Известен метод получения жирного масла из жома плодов черной смородины пищевым бензином марки «Нефракс» (патент РФ 2089211, А61К 38/78, 10.09.2007 г.). Недостатком данного способа является то, что использование в качестве эстрагента пищевого бензина марки «Нефракс» не позволяет выделить из экстрагируемого сырья ряд веществ, в частности гликолипиды.A known method for producing fatty oil from pulp of blackcurrant fruits with food gasoline brand "Nefraks" (RF patent 2089211, A61K 38/78, 09/10/2007). Поставленная задача решается способом получения жирного масла из плодов и жома крыжовника, заключающимся в высушивании жома и плодов крыжовника до значения влажности менее 2,5%, измельчении высушенного сырья до размеров частиц 0,5-1,0 мм, экстракции при соотношении сырье-экстрагент 1:4-1:3 смесью хлороформ-изопропанол 3:1 в течение 3 часов, с последующей отгонкой экстрагента.The problem is solved by the method of obtaining fatty oil from fruits and gooseberry pulp, which consists in drying the pulp and gooseberry pulp to a moisture value of less than 2.5%, grinding the dried raw material to particle sizes of 0.5-1.0 mm, extraction at a ratio of raw materials-extractant 1: 4-1: 3 with a mixture of chloroform-isopropanol 3: 1 for 3 hours, followed by distillation of the extractant.
