Abstract
Способ получения утфеля первой кристаллизации, предусматривающий набор сиропа в вакуум-аппарат, его сгущение, заводку кристаллов путем введения затравочной пасты с последующим их наращиванием в две стадии окончательным сгущением утфеля до готовности к спуску, отличающийся тем, что набор вакуум-аппарата производят сиропом с клеровкой СВ=50÷65% с последующим сгущением до пересыщения П=1.10÷1,12, поддерживая данное значение в течение всего цикла уваривания утфеля, затем вводят затравочную суспензию, содержащую заданное число центров кристаллизации в количестве (3,4÷3,5)·10шт размером (1,0÷1,1)·10м, и дальнейшее наращивание кристаллов на первой стадии осуществляют сначала путем подачи сиропа с клеровкой СВ=50÷65% до заданного момента времени, определяемого по регрессионному уравнению (1), после чего на второй стадии продолжают кристаллизацию, подкачивая сироп с клеровкой СВ=68÷74% до заданного времени окончания процесса кристаллизации, определяемого по регрессионному уравнению (2), а расход пара определяют по уравнению (3) в пределах 4600÷13500 кг/ч, причем к моменту времени окончания процесса кристаллизации требуемая масса увариваемого в вакуум-аппарате утфеля в любом случае достигает М=59,0÷60,0 т и СВ=91,5÷92,5%.Уравнения:A method of producing massecuite of the first crystallization, which involves collecting syrup into a vacuum apparatus, thickening it, planting crystals by introducing seed paste and then building them up in two stages by final thickening of the massecuite until ready for descent, characterized in that the vacuum apparatus is made with syrup with peeling CB = 50 ÷ 65%, followed by thickening until supersaturation П = 1.10 ÷ 1.12, maintaining this value throughout the massecuite boiling cycle, then a seed suspension containing a given number of crystal centers plants in the amount of (3.4 ÷ 3.5) · 10pcs in size (1.0 ÷ 1.1) · 10m, and the further crystal growth at the first stage is carried out first by feeding syrup with clearing CB = 50 ÷ 65% up to the specified moment time determined by regression equation (1), after which, at the second stage, crystallization is continued, pumping syrup with clearing CB = 68 ÷ 74% until the specified time for the end of the crystallization process, determined by regression equation (2), and the steam flow rate is determined by the equation ( 3) in the range of 4600 ÷ 13500 kg / h, and by the time of the end of the process cr In any case, the required mass of massecuite boiled in a vacuum apparatus reaches M = 59.0 ÷ 60.0 t and CB = 91.5 ÷ 92.5%.
