Abstract
Niniejszy wynalazek zapewnia zautomatyzowany układ do przechowywania i pobierania zawierający trójwymiarową kratę oraz wiele pojazdów obsługujących pojemnik (9), przy czym trójwymiarowa krata zawiera wiele kolumn do przechowywania (5), w których pojemniki (6) są przechowywane jeden na drugim w pionowych stosach, oraz wiele kolumn dostępowych (19, 20), przez które pojemniki (6) mogą być przenoszone między górnym poziomem kraty i stanowiskiem obsługującym pojemnik (21); a pojazdy obsługujące pojemnik (9) są obsługiwane na górnym poziomie kraty w celu pobierania pojemników (6) z i przechowywania pojemników (6) w kolumnach do przechowywania (5) oraz w celu transportowania pojemników (6) poziomo przez kratę do lub z wielu kolumn dostępowych (19, 20); przy czym stanowisko obsługujące pojemnik (21) zawiera poziomą karuzelę pojemnika (24) zawierającą pierwszy prosty odcinek przenośnika i drugi prosty odcinek przenośnika połączone ze sobą za pomocą dwóch pośrednich odcinków przenośnika, każdy z odcinków przenośnika zawiera co najmniej jedno urządzenie przenośnikowe do pomieszczenia i przemieszczania pojemnika w kierunku poziomym; pierwszy prosty odcinek przenośnika jest umieszczony bezpośrednio pod wieloma kolumnami dostępowymi (19, 20), tak że dowolny z pojazdów obsługujących pojemnik (9) może przenosić pojemnik (6) między górnym poziomem kraty i pierwszym prostym odcinkiem przenośnika za pośrednictwem wielu kolumn dostępowych (19, 20); a drugi prosty odcinek przenośnika jest przystosowany do umożliwiania dostępu do pojemnika (6) pobranego z kraty za pośrednictwem pierwszego prostego odcinka przenośnika.The present invention provides an automated storage and retrieval system comprising a three-dimensional grid and a plurality of vehicles serving a container (9), the three-dimensional grid comprising a plurality of storage columns (5) in which the containers (6) are stored on top of each other in vertical stacks, and a plurality of access columns (19, 20) through which the containers (6) can be transferred between the upper level of the grid and the container serving station (21); and container handling vehicles (9) are operated on the upper level of the grate to retrieve the containers (6) from and store the containers (6) in the storage columns (5) and to transport the containers (6) horizontally through the grate to or from the plurality of access columns (19, 20); the container handling station (21) comprising a horizontal container carousel (24) comprising a first straight conveyor section and a second straight conveyor section connected to each other by two intermediate conveyor sections, each of the conveyor sections comprising at least one conveyor device for accommodating and moving the container in the horizontal direction; the first straight section of the conveyor is positioned directly below the plurality of access columns (19, 20) such that any of the container (9) serving vehicles can transfer the container (6) between the upper grate level and the first straight section of the conveyor via the plurality of access columns (19 twenty); and the second straight section of the conveyor is adapted to allow access to the container (6) taken from the grate via the first straight section of the conveyor.
