Abstract
The utility model discloses an improved continuosly variable transmission (CVT) pulley which comprises a means to reduce the temperature and heat dissipated by the pulley and eliminates the use of O-ring or oil seal. The pulley includes a frusto-conical first wall, a second wall opposing the first wall, an annular wall extending perpendicularly from the second wall, a center hub protruding from said second wall wherein said hub defining a bore, and a plurality of stiffening members disposed around the second wall.
