Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a un aparato de procesamiento de información y un método de procesamiento de información que permite hacer el reconocimiento del desempeño necesario para decodificar con mayor exactitud. Se genera un archivo en un formato de archivo MP4, en el cual la información que especifica una pluralidad de unidades NAL correspondiente a una imagen parcial que puede ser decodificada de manera independiente en una imagen completa se almacena en moov, y la imagen parcial codificada se almacena en mdat, y se transmite el archivo generado. La presente divulgación puede ser aplicada a, por ejemplo, un aparato de procesamiento de información como puede ser un aparato codificador de imágenes o un aparato decodificador de imágenes.
