Claims (13)
- 회전 기계의 상대 회전하는 개소에 배치되는 환상(環狀)의 슬라이딩 부품으로서,
상기 슬라이딩 부품의 슬라이딩면에는, 상기 슬라이딩 부품의 상대 회전시에 피밀봉 유체측의 피밀봉 유체가 도입되어 정압을 발생시키는 정압 발생홈이 둘레 방향으로 복수 병설되어 있고, 각각의 상기 정압 발생홈은, 상대 회전 방향의 하류측의 최선단에 최선단부를 갖고, 둘레 방향으로 복수 병설된 상기 최선단부의 적어도 일부는, 지름 방향으로 각각 상이한 위치에 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항에 있어서,
복수 병설된 상기 최선단부는, 둘레 방향을 따라 규칙적으로 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
복수 병설된 상기 최선단부는, 둘레 방향을 따라 지름 방향의 위치가 점차 변화하여, 물결 형상으로 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정압 발생홈은, 피밀봉 유체측과 연통하는 개구부를 갖고 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 정압 발생홈은, 누설측을 향하면서 상대 회전 방향의 하류측으로 경사져서 연설(延設)되어 있고,
상기 슬라이딩면에는, 상기 정압 발생홈의 누설측 단부로부터 연속하여 누설측을 향하면서 상대 회전 방향의 상류측으로 경사져서 연설되는 부압 발생홈이 마련되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면의 상기 부압 발생홈보다도 누설측에는, 둘레 방향에 걸쳐 연장되는 랜드가 마련되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 부압 발생홈보다 누설측의 상기 랜드는, 둘레 방향에 걸쳐 지름 방향의 폭이 일정한 슬라이딩 부품. - 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복수 병설된 상기 최선단부와, 상기 정압 발생홈과 상기 부압 발생홈이 교차하는 상대 회전 방향의 상류측의 굴곡부는, 둘레 방향을 따라 지름 방향의 위치가 점차 변화하여, 물결 형상으로 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 슬라이딩면에는, 상기 정압 발생홈보다도 누설측에 있어서 상기 정압 발생홈과는 독립하고, 상기 회전 기계의 상대 회전시에 상기 정압 발생홈보다도 누설측의 유체가 도입되어 정압을 발생시키는 제2 정압 발생홈이 마련되어 있고, 상기 제2 정압 발생홈은 상대 회전 방향의 하류측의 최선단에 제2 최선단부를 구비하고 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제2 정압 발생홈은, 상기 정압 발생홈의 수 및 위치에 대응하여 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 정압 발생홈과 상기 제2 정압 발생홈의 지름 방향의 사이에 둘레 방향에 걸쳐 연장되는 랜드가 구비되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 정압 발생홈과 상기 제2 정압 발생홈의 지름 방향의 사이에 구비되어 있는 상기 랜드의 지름 방향의 폭은, 둘레 방향에 걸쳐 일정한 슬라이딩 부품. - 제3항, 제9항, 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
복수 병설된 상기 최선단부와, 상기 정압 발생홈의 누설측 단부의 상대 회전 방향의 상류측에 위치하는 모퉁이부는, 둘레 방향을 따라 지름 방향의 위치가 점차 변화하여, 물결 형상으로 배치되어 있는 슬라이딩 부품.
