Claims (10)
- 대향하는 양극과 음극 사이에 하나 이상의 발광층을 포함하는 유기 전계발광 소자에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 발광층이 하기 일반식(1)로 표현되는 화합물에서 선택되는 제1 호스트와 하기 일반식(2)로 표현되는 화합물에서 선택되는 제2 호스트, 및 발광성 도펀트 재료를 함유하는 증착층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자.

여기서, 환A는 식(1a)로 표현되는 방향족 탄화수소환이고, 환B는 식(1b)로 표현되는 복소환이며, 환A 및 환B는 각각 인접하는 환과 임의의 위치에서 축합하고,
Ar1은 페닐기, 비페닐기 또는 터페닐기이며,
R은 독립적으로 탄소 수 1~10의 지방족 탄화수소기, 탄소 수 6~10의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 탄소 수 3~12의 방향족 복소환기이고,
a, b, c는 각각 독립적으로 0~3의 정수를 나타내며,
m과 n은 반복의 수를 나타내고, 각각 독립적으로 0~4의 정수를 나타낸다. 단, m=n이 되지는 않으며, m+n≥2이다.

여기서, Ar2와 Ar3은 독립적으로 탄소 수 6~14의 방향족 탄화수소기, 또는 상기 방향족 탄화수소기가 2~3개 연결된 연결 방향족기를 나타내고, Ar2와 Ar3 중 적어도 한쪽은 축합 방향족 탄화수소기를 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서,
Ar2가 나프틸기 또는 페난트릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 호스트와 제2 호스트의 합계에 대하여 제1 호스트의 비율이 20wt%를 초과하고, 55wt% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
발광성 도펀트 재료가 루테늄, 로듐, 팔라듐, 은, 레늄, 오스뮴, 이리듐, 백금 및 금으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함하는 유기 금속 착체인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
발광성 도펀트 재료가 열활성화 지연 형광발광 도펀트 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자. - 제1항에 있어서,
발광층과 인접하여 정공 저지층을 마련하고, 상기 정공 저지층 중에 일반식(1)로 표현되는 화합물을 함유시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유기 전계발광 소자를 제조함에 있어, 제1 호스트와 제2 호스트를 혼합하여 예비 혼합물로 한 후, 이를 포함하는 호스트 재료를 증착시켜 발광층을 형성시키는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
제1 호스트와 제2 호스트의 50% 중량 감소 온도의 차가 20℃ 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 소자의 제조 방법.
