Description
도 1의 A 및 B는 패스너 위에서 조립된 밀봉 캡의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 2의 A 내지 C는 각각 밀봉 캡 셸의 외부의 사시도, 밀봉 캡 셸의 단면도 및 셸의 내부 용적을 공반응성 조성물로 채우는 단면도를 도시한다.
도 3의 A 내지 C는 본 개시내용에 의해 제공되는 방법에 따라 제조된 폴리유레아 밀봉 캡 셸의 사진을 나타낸다.
도 3의 D는 도 3의 A 내지 C에 도시된 대응하는 밀봉 캡 셸에 대한 공초점 레이저 주사 현미경 표면 프로파일(10×)을 도시한다.

Claims (25)
- 패스너(fastener)를 밀봉하는 방법으로서, 제1 공반응성(coreactive) 조성물을 포함하는 연속적인 층들을 3차원 인쇄에 의해 상기 패스너 상에 직접 침착(depositing)시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연속적인 층들이 침착되어 밀봉 캡을 형성하는, 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공반응성 조성물에 직접 제2 공반응성 조성물을 침착시키는 단계; 또는
상기 패스너 상에 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및 제2 공반응성 조성물의 연속적인 층들을 동시에 침착시키는 단계
를 더 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최외 침착된 제1 공반응성 조성물 상에 밀봉 캡 셸을 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하되,
상기 밀봉 캡 셸은 적어도 부분적으로 경화된 제2 공반응성 조성물을 포함하고;
상기 제2 공반응성 조성물은 상기 최외 침착된 공반응성 조성물과 동일하거나 상이한, 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 공반응성 조성물의 연속적인 층들을 3차원 인쇄에 의해 침착시켜 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 위에 상기 밀봉 캡 셸을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 밀봉 캡을 제조하는 방법으로서,
제1 공반응성 조성물의 연속적인 층들을 3차원 인쇄에 의해 침착시켜 내부 용적을 획정하는 밀봉 캡 셸을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 내부 용적을 제2 공반응성 조성물로 채워서 밀봉 캡을 제공하는 단계
를 포함하는, 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 내부 용적을 채우는 것은 3차원 인쇄를 이용하여 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물을 침착시키는 것을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 캡 셸은 5㎜ 내지 50 mm, 바람직하게는 10㎜ 내지 40㎜의 기저 폭; 5㎜ 내지 50 mm, 바람직하게는 20㎜ 내지 40㎜의 높이; 및 0.5㎜ 내지 25㎜, 바람직하게는 1㎜ 내지 20㎜, 1.5㎜ 내지 15㎜, 또는 2㎜ 내지 10㎜의 평균 벽 두께를 갖는 돔 형상인, 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물은 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물과 반응성인, 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물은 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물과 동일한, 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물은 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물과 상이한, 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 셸을 형성한 후 그리고 상기 내부 용적을 채우기 전에, 상기 밀봉 캡을 적어도 부분적으로 경화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물의 각각은 독립적으로 황-함유 예비중합체를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물의 각각은 독립적으로 40 중량% 내지 80 중량%의 상기 황-함유 예비중합체를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 황-함유 예비중합체는 10 중량% 초과의 황 함량을 갖고, 상기 중량%는 상기 황-함유 예비중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는, 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 황-함유 예비중합체는 폴리티오에터, 폴리설파이드, 황-함유 폴리폼알(sulfur-containing polyformal), 모노설파이드, 또는 전술한 것들의 임의의 조합물을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물의 각각은 독립적으로 화학 방사선-경화성 공반응성 조성물을 포함하고;
상기 방법은, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및/또는 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물을 침착시키는 동안, 및/또는 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및/또는 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물을 침착시킨 후, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및/또는 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물을 침착하기 전에 화학 방사선에 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및/또는 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물을 노출시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물은 화학 방사선에 노출 시 경화 가능한, 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물은 화학 방사선에 노출 시 경화 가능하지 않은, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 이용하여 제조된 밀봉 캡.
- 제20항에 있어서, 완전히 경화된 밀봉 캡의 파괴 에너지는 상기 밀봉 캡을 형성하는 개별 층의 파괴 에너지와 실질적으로 동일하되, 상기 파괴 에너지는 ASTM D7313에 따라서 결정되는, 밀봉 캡.
- 제3항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 이용하여 제조된 밀봉 캡으로서, 제1 공반응성 조성물로부터 제조된 층은 제2 공반응성 조성물로부터 제조된 층에 화학적으로 및/또는 물리적으로 결합되는, 밀봉 캡.
- 패스너를 밀봉하는 방법으로서, 제20항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항의 밀봉 캡을 패스너 위에 적용하는 단계 및 상기 제1 공반응성 조성물 및/또는 상기 제2 공반응성 조성물이 경화되게 하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제20항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항의 밀봉 캡으로 밀봉된 패스너.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 패스너는 운송수단, 예컨대, 항공우주 운송수단 상에 있는, 패스너.
