Claims (15)
- 유체 여과 장치를 사용하여 세포 배양 매체를 여과하기 위한 방법으로, 복합물이,
(i) 대향하는 제1 및 제2 측면들을 갖는 다공성 내부층,
(ii) 상기 내부층의 제1 측면상에 위치된 제1 섬유 함유 필터층, 및
(iii) 상기 내부층의 제2 측면상에 위치된 제2 섬유 함유 필터층을 포함하고,
제1 및 제2 섬유 함유 필터층들의 섬유들은 상이한 섬유 직경을 갖고, 각각의 섬유 함유 필터층은 상이한 구멍 크기 정격을 갖고, 상기 내부층은 제1 또는 제2 섬유 함유 필터층보다 더 거친 구멍 크기를 갖는 여과 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 섬유 함유 필터층들의 고분자는 열가소성 고분자 및 열경화성 고분자로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고분자 재료인 여과 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 나노섬유인 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부층은 부직포를 포함하는 여과 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 고분자 섬유를 포함하는 여과 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 섬유는 폴리프로필렌으로부터 제조되는 여과 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1 섬유 함유 필터층의 나노섬유는 10 nm 내지 1,000 nm의 섬유 직경을 갖고, 제2 섬유 함유 필터층의 나노섬유는 10 nm 내지 1,000 nm의 섬유 직경을 갖는 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 섬유 함유 필터층들은 전기방사(electrospun) 나노섬유 매트를 포함하는 여과 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 나노섬유는 열가소성 고분자 및 열경화성 고분자로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고분자 재료인 여과 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 나노섬유는, 열가소성 고분자, 열경화성 고분자 나일론, 폴리이미드, 지방족 폴리아미드, 방향족 폴리아미드, 폴리술폰, 셀룰로스, 셀룰로스 아세테이트, 폴리에테르 술폰, 폴리우레탄, 폴리(우레아 우레탄), 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴. 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아닐린, 폴리(에틸렌 옥시드), 폴리(에틸렌 나프탈레이트), 폴리(부틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 폴리스티렌, 폴리(비닐 클로라이드), 폴리(비닐 알콜), 폴리(비닐 아세테이트), 폴리(비닐리덴 플루오르화물), 폴리(비닐 부틸렌), 이들의 공중합체 및 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고분자 재료인 여과 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 나노섬유는, 나일론-6, 나일론-6,6, 나일론 6,6-6,10, 나일론-6 공중합체, 나일론-6,6 공중합체, 나일론 6,6-6,10 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 고분자 재료인 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 섬유 함유 필터층은 1 μm 내지 1,000 μm 의 두께를 갖고 제2 섬유 함유 필터층은 1 μm 내지 1,000 μm의 두께를 갖는 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 섬유 함유 필터층들은, 격자형 필터, 커리큘라(curricular)형 필터, 디스크형 필터, 주름진 필터, 깊이 필터 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부층의 평균 구멍 크기는, 내부층의 어느 측상의 제1 또는 제2 섬유 함유 필터층의 평균 구멍 크기보다 2 내지 100배 큰 여과 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 박테리아 또는 마이코플라즈마가 세포 배양 매체로부터 제거되는 여과 방법.
