Description
본 발명은 유화제를 함유하지 않아도 유화안정성이 유지되면서 동시에 피부 윤기 개선 효과를 가질 수 있는 무유화제 유화 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a non-emulsifying cosmetic composition for emulsifying cosmetics and a method for producing the same, which can maintain skin emulsion stability while maintaining an emollient-free skin whitening effect.
EMULSION can be defined as liquid-liquid dispersion system and is used in various industrial fields such as cosmetics and food. Generally, emulsions for cosmetics are mostly aqueous solutions, in which water or a water-soluble substance and an oil-based substance such as oil or wax are emulsified with an emulsifier. Here, additives, fragrances, pigments and the like are added to add an aesthetic element. Therefore, their stability should be designed in consideration of the conditions of use and the fact that they are used for a substantial period of time.
Emulsions can be classified by interfacial chemical methods and mechanical methods. In the interfacial chemical methods, changes are made to adjust the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value of the emulsifier, the emulsification temperature and the addition method of each component to make fine and stable emulsions Various methods such as a phase-phase emulsification method, an inverted emulsification method, a gel emulsification method, a non-aqueous emulsification method, and a liquid crystal emulsification method through a through-flow method are used. Second, as a method of using the mechanical force, there is known a method of making a stable emulsion by using a suitable emulsifying device such as a homomixer, a prime mixer, and a three-step roll. In order to make fine emulsions, it is necessary to use a surfactant together with a mechanical force. By using the function of the surfactant, emulsions of various sizes can be produced from the solubilization system.
그러나, 상기 첨가되는 합성 계면활성제는 피부의 자극 유발 또는 알러지를 일으키는 원인이 된다. 이는 양친매성 구조를 갖는 계면활성제는 피부 지질을 가용화하여 마이셀을 형성하는 경향을 가지는데, 이러한 특성으로 인해 피부의 지질이 손상되고, 장벽이 약화되어, 피부의 자극 유발 및 알러지가 발생된다.However, the added synthetic surfactant causes skin irritation or allergy. This is because a surfactant having an amphipathic structure tends to form micelles by solubilizing skin lipids, which causes lipid damage to the skin, weakness of the barrier, irritation of the skin and allergy.
이에 계면활성제를 사용하지 않고 유화 화장료 조성물의 유화 안정성을 유지하려는 다양한 시도가 있어 왔다. 일 예로 대한민국 공개특허 제10-2008-0061689호는 유화제를 사용하지 않고 지방산, 지방알코올 및 셀룰로오스 유도체를 사용하여 유중수형 유화 화장료 조성물의 유화를 안정화시킬 수 있다고 제안하고 있다. There have been various attempts to maintain the emulsion stability of the emulsion cosmetic composition without using a surfactant. For example, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2008-0061689 proposes that emulsification of a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic composition can be stabilized by using a fatty acid, a fatty alcohol and a cellulose derivative without using an emulsifier.
To make a fine and stable emulsion using as little surfactant as possible, it is not sufficient to simply mix and stir the surfactant. To solve these problems, water, oil, and surfactant are used in the case of producing general emulsions by the D phase emulsification method, but in the D phase emulsification, the emulsions of fine particles are further prepared by using polyhydric alcohols. In addition, the conventional emulsification method is completed by dissolving surfactant in oil and putting it in water phase and using mechanical shear force. In D phase emulsification method, D phase is prepared by dissolving surfactant in solution of water and polyhydric alcohol, To prepare an O / D emulsion and dispersing it in water. It is possible to complete stable and finer emulsions of particles in an oil oil which is industrially useful but difficult to stabilize when emulsified using the D phase emulsification method.
On the other hand, as the interest in skin expression of women has increased recently, they are shining as an essential condition of healthy skin. The outer skin (Epidermis) is functionally divided into the stratum corneum, the transparent layer, the granular layer, and the basal layer from the outside to the inside. The dermis in the inner part is dense connective tissue and the hypodermis inside the dermis It serves to fix the skin to the internal organs. Among them, epidermis is the thinnest layer among the three skin structures, and it is a function to moisturize and protect the skin, and research on skin beauty has been actively carried out. It is reported that the horny layer of the epidermis must maintain a moisture content of 10% or more, and the thickness of the stratum corneum varies depending on the content.
An important function of the stratum corneum is to prevent loss of moisture and electrolytes from our body to the outside and to protect it from external physical and chemical damage. The stratum corneum is composed of keratinocytes composed of protein and lipids surrounding keratinocytes. To maintain a healthy skin condition, the stratum corneum should contain about 30% of water, 1) sebum, 2) natural moisturizing factor (NMF) such as amino acids, urea, and organic acids, and , And 3) intercellular lipids. If these factors are not balanced or deficient, dry skin can be triggered and the skin may lose its shine.

이하 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명한다.Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
본 발명에서는 합성 또는 천연 유화제를 함유하지 않아도 유화안정성을 유지할 수 있는 무유화제 유화 화장료 조성물을 제시한다. 본 발명에 따른 무유화제 유화 화장료 조성물은 소듐 디라우라미도 글루타마이드 라이신과 지방알코올을 함유함으로써, 유화안정성이 유지된다.In the present invention, a non-emulsifying agent emulsifying cosmetic composition capable of maintaining emulsion stability without containing a synthetic or natural emulsifying agent is presented. The emulsifying cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains sodium diirraamidoglutamide lysine and a fatty alcohol, so that emulsion stability is maintained.
SODIUM DILAURAMIDOGLUTAMIDE LYSINE is an amino acid moisturizing agent derived from plants. It has hydrophilic properties of lauroyl group and amphic property of glutamic acid group having hydrophilic property, The emulsion stability is maintained in the cosmetic composition of the present invention. Accordingly, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can produce a cosmetic composition having excellent emulsification stability without containing conventional synthetic and natural emulsifiers.
또한, 함유되는 소듐 디라우라미도 글루타마이드 라이신은 아미노산계 보습제로서피부에 보습 효과를 부여할 수 있다.In addition, sodium diiramidoglutamide lysine contained therein is an amino acid moisturizing agent and can impart a moisturizing effect to the skin.
It is preferable that the sodium diarra mamidoglutamide lysine is contained in an amount of 0.05 to 2% by weight in the total oil-in-water emulsion type cosmetic composition according to the present invention. If the content of disodium diiramidoglutamamide lysine is less than 0.05% by weight, the emulsion stability and the skin improvement effect can not be expected. If the content exceeds 2% by weight, the emulsion stability is lowered and precipitation occurs Because.
Fatty alcohols also have amphipathic properties that can exert a surfactant effect, thus forming emulsions without emulsifiers. At this time, the fatty alcohol preferably has about 14 to 22 carbon atoms, and may be linear, branched, saturated or unsaturated. Preferably, one selected from the group consisting of myristyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol and mixtures thereof is used. Most preferably a mixture of a butyl alcohol and a behenyl alcohol is used.
이러한 지방알코올의 함량은 1 내지 10 중량%가 사용되는 것이 바람직한데, 만약 그 함량이 상기 하한치를 미달하는 경우 장시간의 유화 안정도가 저하되며, 상기 상한치를 초과하는 경우 사용감이 저하되고 오일층이 분리되는 문제점이 있다.The content of the fatty alcohol is preferably 1 to 10% by weight. If the content of the fatty alcohol is below the lower limit, the stability of emulsification for a long time is lowered. If the content exceeds the upper limit, .
바람직하기로, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 전체 100 중량%를 만족하도록, Preferably, the cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains 100%
i) 물 3 내지 10 중량%, 폴리올 5 내지 20 중량% 및 소듐 디라우라미도 글루타마이드 라이신 0.05 내지 2 중량%을 포함하는 D 상부와, i) a top D comprising 3 to 10% by weight of water, 5 to 20% by weight of polyol and 0.05 to 2% by weight of sodium diaramydoglutamide lysine,
ⅱ) 오일 10 내지 20 중량% 및 지방알코올 1 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 유상부와,Ii) an oil phase comprising 10 to 20% by weight of oil and 1 to 10% by weight of fatty alcohol,
ⅲ) 폴리올 3 내지 10 중량% 및 잔부로 물을 포함하는 수상부Iii) 3 to 10% by weight of polyol and water
를 포함한다. .
이때 물은 증류수이고, 바람직하게는 탈이온화된 증류수를 사용하며, 전체 중량%를 100 중량%를 만족하도록 잔부로서 사용한다.The water is distilled water, preferably deionized distilled water, and is used as the remainder to satisfy 100 wt% of the total weight%.
대표적으로, 폴리올은 글리세린, 프로필렌글라이콜, 디프로필렌글라이콜, 1,3-부틸렌글라이콜, 폴리에틸렌글라이콜, 프로판디올, 펜틸렌글리콜, 솔비톨, 1,2-펜탄디올 또는 이소프렌글라이콜이 가능하다.Typically, the polyol is selected from the group consisting of glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butyleneglycol, polyethylene glycol, propanediol, pentylene glycol, sorbitol, Licenses are available.

실험예 1: 유화 Experimental Example 1: Emulsification 안정성 stability 확인Confirm
상기 실시예 1 과 비교예 1 내지 7의 수중유 유화형 유화 화장료 조성물의 유화 안정성를 확인하기 위해 일주일 간의 실온에서의 안정성 확인하였다. 그 결과는 표 2 및 도 1에 나타내었다. In order to confirm the emulsion stability of the oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic composition of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 7, stability at room temperature for one week was confirmed. The results are shown in Table 2 and Fig.
○ : 분리현상 없고, 점도 유지됨
△ : 분리현상 없으나, 점도 저하됨
▽ : 약간의 분리현상 발생
× : 현저한 분리현상 발생<Evaluation Criteria>
○: No separation phenomenon, viscosity maintained
△: There is no separation phenomenon, but viscosity is lowered
▽: some separation phenomenon occurred
X: Significant separation phenomenon occurred
As shown in Table 1 and FIG. 1, in Example 1, there was no separation phenomenon for 7 days, viscosity was maintained, and emulsion stability was excellent. On the other hand, Comparative Example 1, which contained the same amount of anionic moisturizing agent but which was obtained by direct emulsification, was separated in one day without emulsification and Comparative Example 2 containing an excessive amount of amino acid moisturizing agent was stable However, after the 3rd day, the oil was not completely separated and could not be maintained. In the case of Comparative Example 3 in which direct emulsification was performed using a nonionic ester emulsifier generally used in emulsification, the emulsion stability was excellent as in Example 1.
As a result of conducting experiments of Comparative Example 4 and Comparative Example 5 in order to examine the emulsifying power according to the content of the amino acid moisturizing agent, it was confirmed that when the amino acid moisturizing agent was contained in an amount of less than 0.05% by weight, , It was confirmed that when the amino acid humectant exceeding 2% by weight was added, the surfactant saturates due to excessive interfacial activity and precipitation occurs after 3 days.
In addition, emulsifying power according to the content of fatty alcohol was confirmed through Comparative Example 6 and Comparative Example 7. When the total amount of the fatty alcohol is less than 1.0% by weight, the stability of emulsification for a long period of time is lowered and the viscosity is low. When the fatty alcohol having a total content of more than 10% by weight is contained, the compatibility between the fatty alcohol and the oil is poor, and the content of the fatty alcohol having a relatively high melting point relative to the oil is high to precipitate in a crystalline form, And it was confirmed that it was separated.
상기 실시예 1과 비교예 1 내지 3의 수중유 유화형 화장료 조성물의 유화입자 형태를 알아보기 위해 광학현미경을 통해 유화입자를 확인하고, 도 2에 나타내었다.Emulsion particles were identified through an optical microscope in order to examine the emulsion particle shape of the oil-in-water emulsion type cosmetic composition of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, and are shown in FIG.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, it was confirmed that very fine emulsion particles were uniformly distributed in the case of Example 1, and in the case of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 in which the emulsion was formed by the direct emulsification method, they were present as macroemulsion particles . In Comparative Example 3 in which emulsions were directly emulsified using a nonionic emulsifier, it was confirmed that the particles were smaller than those of Comparative Examples 1 and 2, but that Example 1 formed finer particles.
실험예 2: 윤Experimental Example 2: 기개선Improvement 효과 effect 확인Confirm
피부 정반사광은 CD-2500d(minolta, Japan)를 이용하여 측정하였다.
In order to confirm the effect of improving the glossiness by using the cosmetic composition, the regularly reflected light of the skin was measured. If the surface of the skin is mirror-like, the specular value increases, and when the surface of the skin becomes rough, the diffuse reflection value increases. Also, the roughness of the skin is controlled by moisturizing. When the skin is moistened, the fine lines decrease and the diffuse reflection of the skin disappears, and the skin looks glossy. The specular reflection of the skin was measured using CD-2500d (minolta, Japan). Unlike conventional spectrophotometer, CD-2500d simultaneously measures SCI and SCE through two pulsed xenon lamps and displays it on the liquid crystal within 1.5 seconds. L * (SCI, SCE) corresponding to the cheek area of the face was measured three times and the average of the measurements was obtained. The difference between the SCI value and the SCE value was calculated. The results are shown in Fig.
윤기 = ΔSpecular reflectance = SCI(specular component included)-SCE(specular component excluded
Glossy = ΔSpecular reflectance = SCI (specular component included) -SCE (specular component excluded
Referring to the results of FIG. 3, in Example 1, a clear improvement in glossiness was observed. In Comparative Example 3, which was directly emulsified using a nonionic surfactant, the glossiness was improved, but it was lower than Example 1 . It is considered that the amino acid moisturizer forms fine emulsified particles through D phase emulsification to increase the moisture content of the skin and to balance the sebum with the sebum, thereby improving the shine of the skin.
실험예 3: Experimental Example 3: 사용감 관능평가Sensory evaluation
상기의 실시예 1 및 비교예 1~3의 전반적인 사용감과 피부 윤기를 비교하기 위하여 다음 표 3과 같이 사용감 평가 및 피부윤기관능평가를 실시하였다. 관능평가는 20대 중후반의 여성 15명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 피험자 여성에서 '만족도 매우 높음'을 5, '만족도 매우 낮음'을 1의 척도로 설문평가를 작성하도록 하였다. 그 결과를 표 3에 나타내었다. In order to compare the overall feel and skin gloss of Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, evaluation of sensation of use and skin gloss sensory evaluation were carried out as shown in Table 3 below. Sensory evaluation was carried out on 15 women in their mid - to - late 20s. Subjects were asked to write a questionnaire on the scale of 'highly satisfied' and 'very low' respectively. The results are shown in Table 3.
상기 표 3과 같이 실시예 1의 경우가 발림성에 있어서 더 부드럽게 발리고 끈적임이 비교예 3에 비하여 적으며 사용 후 무거운 느낌이 적은 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 피부 윤기 면에서도 비교예 3과 비교하여 더 뛰어난 것으로 평가되었다. As shown in Table 3, in the case of Example 1, it was evaluated that the spreadability was softer and less sticky than Comparative Example 3, and the feeling of heavy feeling after use was less. The skin glossiness was also evaluated to be superior to Comparative Example 3.
This is because, in the case of Comparative Example 3, in the case of Example 1 in which the solid phase surfactant is generally used in a large amount so that the emulsion is stabilized by using a small amount of amino acid moisturizer through the D phase emulsification, , It is considered that a small amount of surfactant is used in the total amount and at the same time, it acts as a moisturizing agent, so that it is not lighter, sticky, and does not feel uncomfortable.
