Abstract
Description
도 2: 산화적 스트레스를 유도하는 Aβ1-42 에 대한 바클로펜 및 아캄프로세이트 조합물 치료의 효과. 바클로펜 및 아캄프로세이트 치료는 비-처리된 독성화 세포(검은색 막대)와 비교하였을 때 처리된 세포(회색 막대, -61%) 에서 메티오닌 설폭사이드 수준이 유의성있게 감소하는 관찰에 의하여 보여주듯이 산화적 스트레스로부터 신경 세포를 보호하는데 효과적이다 (***p<0.0001 Aβ1-42 독성화된 세포와의 유의적 차이 (ANOVA + Dunnett post hoc 테스트)).

Claims (10)
- 바클로펜(baclofen) 및 아캄프로세이트(acamprosate), 또는 그들의 염 또는 전구 약물 또는 유도체 또는 서방출성 제형을 포함하는, 그들을 필요로 하는 대상의 황반 변성 장애 예방 또는 치료용, 또는 상기 장애의 진행 억제 또는 중단용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황반 변성 장애는 건성 또는 습성 연령-관련 황반 변성(Age-related macular degeneration; AMD), 스타가르트 병(Stargardt disease), 초기 또는 성인 발병 난황형 황반 이영양증(vitelliform macular dystrophies) 및 당뇨 망막병증(diabetic retinopathy) 중에서 선택되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대상은 드루젠(drusen) 또는 망막 색소 변화를 가진 것으로 진단된 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그들을 필요로 하는 환자에서 초기 AMD 가 AMD의 습성 또는 건성 형태로 발달하는 것을 예방하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대상은 망막 변성 또는 비정상적인 안구의 혈관신생을 경험한 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약학적으로 허용가능한 담체 또는 부형제를 더 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 중 화합물은 함께, 개별적으로 또는 연속적으로 제형화되거나 투여되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 대상에 반복적으로 투여되는 것인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아캄프로세이트의 칼슘염이 사용되는 조성물.
- 적어도 아캄프로세이트 또는 이의 염, 전구약물, 유도체 또는 서방출성 제형과 조합된, 그들을 필요로 하는 대상의 망막 변성 장애를 치료 또는 예방, 또는 상기 장애의 억제 또는 중단에 사용하기 위한 바클로펜, 또는 이의 염, 전구약물, 유도체 또는 서방출성 제형.
